Claims (6)

  1. 밀착형 이미지 센서에 있어서, 개구부가 상부에 형성된 방열판과, 소정 위치에 광파이버 에러이를 수직으로 가지며 양면이 광학연마 처리된 강파이어 어레이 유리기판이 상기 방열판의 개구부에 위치되며, 상기 광파이버어레이 유리기판의 강파이버 어레이 하부 표면에 광전변환부가 형성되고, 상기 광정변환부가 형성된 동열면상에 신호 검출회로를 형성하고, 개구부가 설치된 상기 방열판내 상기 광파이버 어레이 유리기판의 광파이버 위에 놓이는 원고의 면에 빛을 입시킬 수 있는 발광소자를 가지고 있는 구조로된 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 광파이버 어레이 유리기판의 광파이버 어레이 하부표면에 형성된 광전변환부는 박막공정에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 박막 공정에 의해 광파이버어레이 유리기판의 광파이버 하부에 형성된 광전변환부는 광파이버 어레이의 중앙면에 투명 제1도전층이 형성되며, 상기 제1도전층의 하부면의 상부에는 포토센서와 제2도전층이 형성되며, 상기 제1도전층과 포토센서 및 제2도전층의 중앙부에 개구창이 형성되어 하부로부터 발광빛이 상부에 형성된 광파이 어레이에 입사되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  4. 밀착형 이미지 센서에 있어서, 개구부를 가지는 보호캡과, 양면이 광학처리되어 상기 보호캡의 개구부에 위치되는 광파이버 어레이 유리기판의 광파이버 어레이 하부 표면위에 광전변환부를 박막 형성시키고, 상기 광전변환부가 박막 형성된 평면상의 좌, 우측에 발광부 및 검출회로를 형성하고, 상기 발광부로부터 발산되는 빛이 소정의 각도를 가지고 사익 광파이버어레이 유리기판의 상부에 위치되는 원고면으로 반사하기 위한 광반사 거울이 상기 보호캡 하부면의 소정위치에 설치되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발광부로 부터 발광되는 빛이 상기 광전변환부에 직접 입사도지 않도록 상기 발광부와 광전변환부 사이에 광 차체막이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 발광부로 부터 발광되는 빛을 상기 광 파이버 어레이 유리기판 상부에 근사되도록 반사하는 광반사 거울이 보호갭 하부에 금속을 박막 공정에 의하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
