Claims (14)
- 액정셀의 외면을 한정하는 제1 및 제2투과성 기판층과, 각각 투과성 전기 도통물질로 형성되며, 상기 제1기판층에 인접배치된 제1전극층 및 상기 제2기판층에 인접 배치된 제2전극층과, 상기 전극층간에 배치된 스메틱 액정층과, 적외선 방사를 흡수하기 위해 상기 액정층과 상기 제2전극층간에 배치되어 가사방사선을 통과시키는 수단을 구비하는 레이저 어드레스 가능한 액정셀에 있어서, 상기적외선 흡수수단은 방사흡수 물질층, 적외선 방사에는 선택적으로 반사하고 가사방사는 투과시키는 층 및 이들간에 배치된 유전체 물질의 스페이서층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀은 상기 제1기판층을 통해 레이저 어드레스되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀은 상기 제2기판층을 통해 레이저 어드레스되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 방사흡수 물질층은 금속물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방사흡수 물질층은 니켈로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서층은 이산화 실리콘 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서층은 불화 마그네슘 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 선택적 반사층은 유전체 미러인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 선택적 반사층은 다수의 제1 및 제2유전체 물질의 교체층을 구비하며, 상기 제1물질은 상기 제2물질에 대해 비교적 고굴절율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 교체층 각각은 상기 적외선 방사의 파장 1/4의 광두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1물질은 XO2이며, 여기서 X는 Ti, Hf 및 Zr를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2물질은 이산화 실리콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2물질은 불화 마그네슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2전극층은 산화 인듐-주석 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
