Claims (10)

  1. 하나 이상의 전송 매체로 구성되는 코어와, 내부에 상기 코어가 배치되고 세로로 연장하는 튜브, 상기 튜브둘레에 동축적으로 배치되고 그 부위 너머로 상기 튜브가 연장된 세로로 연장하는 외피를 포함하는 방수 케이블부에 있어서, 제1방수재는 튜브의 연장 부분에 인접한 상기 외피 부분의 외면 둘레에 배치되고, 제2방수재는 상기 외피 부분에 인접한 튜브의 연장 부분의 외면 둘레에 배치되며, 플라스틱 막이 상기 튜브와 외피 부분 각각의 둘레에 배치되고 또한 상기 제1 및 제2방수재와의 수축 결합부로 배치되며 그 수축 결합부가 상기 플라스틱 막의 내면부위와 상기 튜브의 외면 사이 및 상기 플라스틱 막의 내면 부위와 상기 외피의 외면 부위 사이에 방수 밀봉부를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 케이블부.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 막이 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 케이블부.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2방수제가 방수 테이프로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 케이블부.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브가 제1 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브이고 또한 상기 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브는 상기 코어 튜브 부위와의 수축 결합부로 배치된 상대적으로 짧은 길이의 제2열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브를 부가적으로 포함함으로써 상기 제2방수재가 상기 제2열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브와 외피 사이에 배치되게하고, 상기 제1열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브는 제2열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브의 적어도 일부분 및 상기 제1방수재의 적어도 일부분과의 수축 결합부로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 케이블부.
  5. 하나 이상의 광섬유로 구성되는 코어와, 내부에 코어가 배치되고 그곳으로부터 상기 코어의 한쪽 단부가 연장되는 세로로 연장하는 튜브와, 상기 튜브 둘레엑 동축적으로 배치되고 그곳으로부터 튜브의 한쪽 단부가 연장되는 세로로 연장하는 내피와, 상기 내피 둘레에 동축적으로 배치되는 세로로 연장하는 금속 차폐물과, 상기차폐물에 접지부를 설치하기 위해 상기 차폐물에 연걸되는 접지선을 포함하는 수직 및 상기 금속 차폐물 둘레에 동축적으로 배치되고 그곳으로부터 상기 금속 차폐물의 한쪽 단부가 연장되는 세로로 연장하는 외피를 포함하는 방수 광섬유 케이블부에 있어서, 방수재가 상기 금속 차폐물의 단부에 인접한 외피의 단부의 외면 둘레에 배치되고, 플라스틱 재료로 된 디스크가 상기 튜브와 접지선이 관통하여 연장되는 개구를 구비하고 상기 금속 차폐물의 단부에 인접하여 배치되며, 플라스틱 막이 상기 방수재 및 상기 디스크와의 수축 결하부로써 상기 케이블 단부둘레에 배치되어 그 수축 결합부가 상기 플라스틱 막의 내면 일부와 상기 디스크의 외부면 사이 및 상기 플라스틱막의 내면 일부와 상기 외피의 외면 일부 사이에 방수 빌봉부를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 광섬유 케이블부.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방수재가 제1방수재이고 제2방수재는 상기 외피에 인접한 디스크와의 결합부를 배치되는 방수용 폴리우레탄 중합체 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수 광섬유 케이블부.
  7. 하나 이상의 광섬유로 구성된 광섬유 케이블과 내부에 광섬유가 배치된 세로로 연장하는 코어 튜브와 그 코어 튜브 둘레에 배치된 세로로 연장하는 외피를 제공하는 단계와, 코어 튜브 부위를 노출시키도록 케이블의 일부에서 외피를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 광섬유 케이블부를 방수 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 제1방수재가 코어 튜브의 노출 부위에 인접한 외피 일부의 외면 둘레에 배치되게 하고, 제2방수재가 외피에 인접한 코어 튜브 일부의 외면 둘레에 배치되게 하며, 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브가 케이블 부위 둘레에 배치되며 케이블의 외피 둘레에 배치된 제1방수재의 적어도 일부와 코어 튜브 부위 둘레에 배치된 제2방수재의 적어도 일부를 덮게 하고, 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브에 열 에너지를 가하여 그 열 수축 성 플라스틱 튜브가 그 내면 일부와 방수재의 수축 결합을 일으켜 열 수축 성 플라스틱 튜브의 내면 열부와 케이블 외피의 외면 일부 사이 및 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브의 내면 일부와 코어 튜브의 외명 일부사이에 밀봉부를 제공하게 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브가 케이블 외피 둘레에 배치된 제1방수재와 코어 튜브 부분 둘레에 배치된 제2방수재를 지나쳐 연장하여 완전히 덮게하고, 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브에 열 에너지를 가하는 단계가 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브의 내면 일부를 코어 튜브의 외면 일부 및 외피의 외면 일부와의 밀봉 및 조임 결합부로 배치시키도록 작용되며, 상기 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브가 제1열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브이고 상기 방법은 적어도 하나의 상대적으로 짧은 길이의 제2열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브를 코어 튜브 일부 둘레로 배치시키는 단계를 부가적으로 포함함으로써 제2방수재가 제2열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브와 외피 사이에 배치되고 제2열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브는 가해진 열 에너지로 코어 튜브와의 밀봉 및 조임 결합부를 이루게 수축되도록 하고, 제1열 수축성 튜브는 제2열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브의 적어도 일부와 제1방수제의 적어도 일부를 덮도록 연장되며, 열 에너지가 제1열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브에 가해져 제1열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브가 제2열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브의 적어도 일부와 제1방수재의 적어도 일부 및 제2방수재의 적어도 일부와의 수축 결합부를 이루도록 하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 제2방수재는 코어 튜브가 관통 연장하는 디스크로 구성되며, 상기 방법은 방수용 폴리우레탄 재료를 외피에 인접한 디스크와의 결합부로 배치시키는 단계를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 열 에너지가 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브에 가해져 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브의 내면 일부를 디스크의 외면 일부와의 수축 결합부로 배치시키고 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브의 내면 일부와 외피의 외면 일부사이에 방수 밀봉부를 제공하며 열 수축성 플라스틱 튜브의 내면 일부와 디스크의 외면 사이에 방수 밀봉부를 제공해 주도록 작용하는 것을 특징으로 한는 방법.
