Claims (1)

  1. 하나의 이빨 이상 이빨수가 다른 공작물(11)에 이맞물림하고, 제1의 공작물(11)이 이빨수 이상을 회전하는 안내기어(1)와, 제1의 공작물(11)의 제1의 회전축(12)과 안내기어(1)의 제2의 회전축(2)과의 사이의 축간 거리를 검출하는 변위센서(3)와,안내기어(1)의 회전에 따라 하나의 이빨 마다의 타이밍신호를 발생하는 근접 스위칭(4)와, 안내기어(1)의 회전각도에 따른 위치를 검출하는 위치 검출기(5)와, 변위센서(3)의 변위신호(7),근접스위치(4)의 타이밍 신호(8), 위치 검출기(5)의 위치 검출신호(9)를 입력으로 하는 측정수단(6)과, 안내기어(1)를 회전시키는 모우터(10)를 구비하며, 제1의 공작물(11)의 이 흔들림과 안내기어의 이 흔들림의 합친결과를 제1의 공작물(11)의 이빨수 X 안내기어(1)의 이빨의 수조(數組) 이상을 구하고, 안내기어(1)의 각 이빨마다의 이 흔들림 값을 구하며, 제1공작물(11)을 임의의 이빨수의 제2의 공작물(11A)로 바꾸어서,제1의 회전축(12A)과 제2의 회전축(2)의 축간거리를 측정하며, 각 변위로 부터 안내기어(1)의 이 흔들림 값분을 보정하고,제2의 공작물(11A)의 이 흔들림 성분만을 빼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어의 이 흔들림 측정장치.
