Claims (11)

  1. 68 내지 76중량%의 SiO2, 10 내지 18중량%의 Na2O, 5 내지 15중량%의 CaO , 0내지 5중량%의 MgO, 0 내지 5중량%의 Al2O3및 0 내지 5중량%의 K2O와, 경우에 따라서는 극미량의 용융 및 정제 보조제, 및 필수적으로 0.4 내지 0.7중량%의 Fe2O3(총 철) 0.08 내지 0.15중량%의 FeO, 0.03 내지 0.008중량%의 Se, 0.003 내지 0.025중량%의 CoO 및 0.022 내지 0.050중량%의 Cr2O3로 이루어진 착색제를 포함하는 기재 유리 조성을 가지며, 0.219인치(5.56㎜)의 두께에서 20%미만의 광 투과율(luminous transmittance)을 가짐을 특징으로하는, 뉴트랄 그레이(neutral gray)색 유리 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색제 성분이 필수적으로 0.5 내지 0.6중량%의 Fe2O3(총 철), 0.08 내지 0.11중량%의 FeO, 0.004 내지 0.007중량%의 Se, 0.010 내지 0.020중량%의 CoO 및 0.027 내지 0.045중량%의 Cr2O3로 이루어진 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 0.219인치(5.56㎜)의 두께에서 20% 미만의 종 태양 자외선 투과율을 갖는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 0.219인치(5.56㎜)의 두께에서 20% 미만의 종 태양 자외선 투과율을 갖는 조성물.
  5. 68 내지 76중량%의 SiO2, 10 내지 18중량%의 Na2O, 5 내지 15중량%의 CaO , 0 내지 5중량%의 MgO, 0 내지 5중량%의 Al2O3및 0 내지 5중량%의 K2O와, 경우에 따라서는 극미량의 용융 및 정제 보조제, 및 필수적으로 0.4 내지 0.7중량%의 Fe2O3(총 철), 0.08 내지 0.15중량%의 FeO, 0.03 내지 0.008중량%의 Se, 0.003 내지 0.025중량%의 CoO 및 0.022 내지 0.050중량%의 Cr2O3로 이루어진 착색제를 포함하는 기재 유리 조성을 가지며, 0.219인치(5.56㎜)의 두께에서 20%미만의 광 투과율을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 유리 시이트를 포함하는 제품.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 유리 시이트중의 착색제 성분이 0.5 내지 0.6중량%의 Fe2O3(총 철), 0.08 내지 0.11중량%의 FeO, 0.004 내지 0.007중량%의 Se, 0.010 내지 0.020중량%의 CoO 및 0.027 내지 0.045중량%의 Cr2O3로 이루어진 유리 시이트.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 2 내지 10㎜의 두께를 갖는 유리 시이트.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 3 내지 6㎜의 두께를 갖는 유리 시이트.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 총 태양 자외선 투과율이 20% 미만인 유리 시이트.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 총 태양 자외선 투과율이 15% 미만인 유리 시이트.
  11. Fe2O3로서 측정한 총 철 0.4중량% 이상(0.08중량% 이상의 FeO를 포함함), Cr2O30.022중량%이상, CoO 0.003중량% 이상, 및 Se 0.003중량% 이상을 갖는 소다 -석회-실리카 유리를 생성시키는 비율의 배취 혼합물을 용융 시키고 ; 배취 혼합물에 혼입된 황-함유 정제 보조제의 양을 배취 혼합물중의 모래 1000중량부당 10중량부 이하의 황산 나트륨에 해당하는 양으로 제한하며 ; 배취 혼합물 중의 모래 1000중량부당 0.5중량부 이상의 코울(coal)에 해당하는 양의 탄소 공급원을 배취 혼합물에 혼입시킴을 포함하는, 저투과성 소다-석회-실리카 유리의 제조방법.
