Abstract

SiO265~70중량%, Al2O30~3중량%, Na2O 8~15중량%, K2O 3~10중량%, CaO 5~10중량%, BaO 3~10중량%, ZnO 0~3중량%, B2O30~3중량%, Bi2O30~1중량%로 구성된 유리 조성물은 종래의 소다-석회 유리보다 우수한 굴절율과 비중, 투광성을 가져 크리스탈 유리와 유사한 물성을 나타내면서, 원료면에서도 저가이고, 환경 오염 문제를 일으키는 납을 함유하지 않고, 자동 생산으로 대량공급이 가능한 유리 조성물이다.

Claims (6)

  1. SiO265~70중량%, Al2O30~3중량%, Na2O 8~15중량%, K2O 3~10중량%, CaO 5~10중량%, BaO 3~10중량%, ZnO 0~3중량%, B2O30~3중량%, Bi2O30~1중량%을 포함하는 유리 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 BaO 및 K2O의 합산량은 10중량% 이상인 유리 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 Bi2O3는 1중량%를 초과할 수 없으며 BaO, K2O 및 Bi2O3의 합산량은 10중량%이상인 유리 조성물.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 Al2O3, B2O3, ZnO는 선택적으로 한 성분 이상이 첨가되며 그 합산량은 1.0~3.0중량%인 유리 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 유리 조성물은 2.50 이상의 밀도와 1.52 이상의 굴절율을 갖는 유리 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 유리 조성물을 사용하여 제조되는 장식용 또는 주방용 유리제품.
