− TZOは、酸化チタンおよび酸化ジルコニウム比率が65〜35重量%付近であるチタン−ジルコニウム混合酸化物を表す。
本発明による種々の層を、一部は、本発明によらず(comp−で示される)、それらの光透過率TLVの1.087倍未満の赤外線反射率RIRVを有し、他のものは、本発明により(inv−で示される)、それらの光透過率TLVの1.087倍以上の赤外線反射率RIRVを有する、さまざまなガラスと組み合わせた。積層グレージングの光透過率および反射率、透過および反射における色、日射透過率、選択性、ならびに全吸収のシミュレーションによる値を表Aに示す。
本発明によらない層を種々のガラスと組み合わせており、その一部のガラスは本発明によらないものであり(comp−で示される)、他のガラスは本発明によるものであった(inv−で示される)。積層グレージングの光透過率および反射率、透過および反射における色、日射透過率、選択性、ならびに吸収のシミュレーションによる値を表Bに示す。
Claims (11)
- 赤外線反射層で被覆された透明基材を含む積層グレージングであって、前記基材がガラスであって、その組成が15%未満のレドックスを有し、780〜2500nmの間でRIRV≧1.087*TLV(TLVは380〜780nmの間の前記ガラスの光透過率である)となる赤外線反射率RIRVを特徴とするガラスであり、前記赤外線反射層は、380〜780nmの間でTLC≧1.3*TIRC(TIRCは780〜2500nmの間の前記層の赤外線透過率である)となる光透過率TLCを特徴とすることを特徴とする積層グレージング。
- 前記基材が、RIRV≧1.087*TLV+5となる赤外線反射率RIRVを特徴とするガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記基材が、RIRV≧0.510*TLV+53となる赤外線反射率RIRVを特徴とするガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記基材の前記ガラスが、ガラスの全重量に対するパーセント値で表される含有量で:
全鉄(Fe2O3の形態で表される) 0.002〜0.06%;
Cr2O3 0.0001〜0.06%
を含む組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。 - 前記基材の前記ガラスが、ガラスの全重量に対するパーセント値で表される含有量で:
全鉄(Fe2O3の形態で表される) 0.002〜0.06%;
Cr2O3 0.0015〜1%;
Co 0.0001〜1%
を含む組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。 - 前記基材の前記ガラスが、ガラスの全重量に対するパーセント値で表される含有量で:
全鉄(Fe2O3の形態で表される) 0.02〜1%;
Cr2O3 0.002〜0.5%;
Co 0.0001〜0.5%
を含む組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。 - 前記基材の前記ガラスが、ガラスの全重量に対するパーセント値で表される含有量で:
全鉄(Fe2O3の形態で表される) 0.002〜1%;
Cr2O3 0.0010〜0.5%;
Co 0.0001〜0.5%;
Se 0.0003〜0.5%
を含む組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。 - 前記赤外線反射層が、0.5*(1−AIRC)を超える赤外線反射率RIRCを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記赤外線反射層が、0.76*(1−AIRC)を超える赤外線反射率RIRCを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記赤外線反射層が、赤外線反射材料を主成分とするn層の機能性層(ここでn≧1である)と、n+1の誘電体コーティングとを含み、各機能性層に誘電体コーティングが隣接する多層スタックであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記赤外線反射層の1つ以上の機能性層が銀を主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
