A találmány szerinti táblaüveg szilikát/mész/szóda-üvegből áll,amelynek teljes vastartalma Fe2O3 alakban kifejezve 0,85-2 tömeg%, ésamely FeO alakban kefejezve 0,21-0,40 tömeg% +2 őxidációs számú vasattartalmaz, ahől az üveg vastagsága 2-3 mm, A fényfőrrássalmegvilágítva teljes fényáteresztési tényezője (TLA) legalább 70%,teljes energiaátbőcsátási tényezője (TE) közelítőleg 50%-nál kisebb,űltraibőlya sűgárzásra vőnatkőzó áteresztési tényezője közelítőleg25%-nál kisebb.
