Claims (1)
- 유리기판(10)상에 +전극용 박막(11,11a)을 형성시키고, 세라믹기판(15)상에는 -전극용 박막(14)를 형성시켜, 상기 내부양 박막(11a)사이에 발광다이오드 어레이칩(12)의 하부양단을 접합시키며, 외부양 박막(11)과 내부양 박막(11)에 연접되게 구동용 IC(13)을 접합시킨 다음 상기 세라믹기판(15)를 그 박막(14)부위가 상기 구동용 IC(13) 및 발광다이오드 어레이칩(12)에 맞닿게 다이본딩하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리기판을 이용한 LED프린터헤드의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
