Claims (1)

  1. 제1기판위에 형성된 수광소자와, 제2기판 위에 투명전극, 발광층, 불투명 전극을 갖는 EL 발광소자를 상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판이 외측으로 향하여 접합된 화상판독 장치에 있어서, 상기 EL 발광소자로 부터의 발광광이 반수광소자측의 제2기판 반대편에 배치된 원고면에서 반사되어 상기 수광소자에 당해 반사광을 인도하는 광투과창을 상기 불투명 전극에 설비하고, 상기 광투과창의 주변부분의 상기 EL 발광소자 부분을 비괄광으로 한 비발광부를 설비한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 판독장치.
