Claims (11)

  1. 금속스탬퍼와 투명기판사이에 유기화합물을 개재시켜서 금속 스탬퍼에 형성된 신호면을 전사한 레프리커층을 상기 투명기판에 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 금속스템퍼의 신호면에 적어도 제1의 유기 화합물의 도포막을 형성하는 스템, (b) 계속해서 이 제1의 유기화합물의 도포막위에 상기 제1의 유기화합물에 침투 또는 용해 가능한 제2의 유기화합물 용액을 도우넛 형상으로 배치하여 상기 용액을 투명기판에서 누르면서 전개신장시켜서 도포막을 적층 형성하는 스텝, (c) 상기 제1의 유기화합물의 도포막상에 상기 제2의 유기화합물 용액을 침투하여 포함시키는 스템, (d) 상기 제1의 유기화합물 및 제2의 유기화합물로 되는 상기 적층을 경화해서 경화 적층을 형성하는 스텝, (a) 상기 적층을 스탬퍼에서 박리해서 레프리커를 얻는 스텝, (f) 상기 (e)에서 얻어진 적층체를 베이크하는 스텝, (g) 상기(f)에서 얻어진 래프리커층의 프리포맷패턴면에 제1의 유기화합물의 단일성분의 도포막을 형성하여 건조하는 스텝, (h) 상기 제1의 유기화합물의 단일성분층위에 기록막을 형성하는 스텝, (i) 상기 (h)에서 얻어진 적층체를 베이크하는 스텝을 포함하는 광기록 매체의 제조 방법.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 유기화합물은 니트로셀룰로스, 폴리비닐알콜, 니트로화폴리비닐알콜, 폴리비닐알콜과 아지화 바륨의 혼합물, 폴리메틸렌텐술폰, 폴리테트라플루오트에틸렌, 구 아닌 및 상기 탄화수소 화합물의 플리즈마 중합체에서 선택된 적어도 1종류의 화합물인 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 유기화합물은 니트로 셀룰로스인 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 유기화합물로써 광경화성 수지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 유기화합물의 단일 성분층의 두께를 50~400Å로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 유기화합물은 150℃에서 450℃의 범위내의 온도에서 열적 분해를 일으키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명기판으로써 글라스 등의 세라믹 기판 또는 열경화성 수지기판을 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체의 제조방법.
  8. 그 레프리커층이 투명기판의 한쪽면에 형성되어 있고, 상기 레프리커층이 투명기판쪽에서 제2의 유기화합물층과 혼합층을 차례로 형성하고, 상기 혼합층이 제1의 유기화합물과 제2의 유기화합물로 구성되고 상기 레프리커의 프리포맷 패턴이 전사된 면위에 또 제1의 유기화합물의 단일성분의 층 및 기록막층을 이 순서로 적층하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 유기화합물은 니트로셀룰로스, 폴리비닐알콜, 니트로화폴리비닐알콜, 폴리비닐알콜과 아지화 바륨의 혼합물에서 선택된 적어도 1종류인 광기록매체.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 유기화합물의 단일 성분층의 두께가 50~400Å의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
  11. 특허청구의 범위 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기록층의 두께가 200~310Å의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
