Claims (26)
- 내연기관등에 쓰이는 세라믹 복합재 다듬질밸브(finished valve)또는 프리폼밸(plerform valve)에 있어서,(a)엔진의 밸브 가이드(valve guide)에 삽입하도록 형성되고 세라믹 보강섬유로 된 축배향 무방향성 클러크러스터(undivcetional clnster)로 패킹 되는 섬유산 세라믹슬리빙(sleeving)을 구성하는 가느다란 밸브스템(valae stem)및 (b)엔진의 밸브시트와 결착하도록 형성되고 불연속세라믹 섬유를 포함하는 세라믹 벨을 구성하여 스템 슬리빙의 일단이 상기 벨에 성형하여 밸브 형성 구조를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다듬질밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스템 및 벨의 섬유를 매입하는 탄소 및 다른 세라믹재 또는 탄소, 다른 세라믹재의 매트릭스를 더 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 내마모성 세라믹외측코팅을 더 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨에 성형시킨 슬리빙 단부는 돌출시킴을 특징으로하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 슬리빙은 브레이딩(braiding)을 시키며 돌출스템 슬ㄹ리빙단은 벨부분의 외부가 상기 돌출단을 거버하며 상기 돌출단에 의해 보강하도록 벨부분에 결착 시킴을 특징으로하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 브레이딩 세라믹 슬리빙섬유와 벨 섬유는 알루미늄 보로실리케이트이며, 보강섬유클러스터는 카본/그라파이트섬유이고, 상기 밸브 또는 밸브프리폼은 열-접착 알루미나로 경질화하며, 탄소로 함침시키고, 실리콘 카바이드, 시릴콘 니트리드 또는 양자로 코팅시킴을 특징으로하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 슬리빙은 알루미늄 보로실리케이고 탄소/그리파이트 보강섬유로 패킹되며, 상기 벨은 임의로 배행된 알루미늄실리케이트 섬유를 포함함을 특징으로하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브는 열-접착알루미나로 경질화 시킴을 특징으로하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 다듬질밸브 또는 밸브프리폼은 탄소전구물질수지 또는 다른 세라믹 매트릭스 전구물질의 현장열분해(in situpyrolysis)에 의해 생성된 탄소 또는 다른 세라믹매트릭스를 구성함을 특징으로하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스는 탄소 전구물질수지에 생성된 탄소매트릭스임을 특징으로하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 다듬질밸브 또는 프리폼밸브는 내산화성 및 내마모성이 있는 경질 세라믹코팅을 더 구성함을 특징으로하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기코팅은 실리콘 카바이드, 실리콘니트리드 또는 화학적인 증착에 의해 사용되는 그 혼합물임을 특징으로하는 상기 다듬질 밸브 또는 프리폼밸브.
- 세라믹밸브 또는 프리폼밸브의 제조방법에 있어서, (i)엔진의 밸브가이드에 삽입하도록 일정한 크기로 형성되고, 세라믹 보강섬유의 축배향 무방향성 클러스터로 패킹되는 세라믹섬유로된 연성의 가느다란 슬리빙을 구성시키고;(ii)상기 슬리빙일단을 임의로 배향된 불연속 세라믹섬유를 포함하는 연질의 세라믹밸브 벨부분과 결착시켜 밸브형상구조를 형성하며;(iii)상기 밸브형상구조를 탄소, 다른 세라믹재, 또는 탄소와 다른 세라믹재양자로 된 매트릭스와 함께 함침시켜 경질화함을 특징으로하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 슬리빙은 알루미늄보로실리케이트의 섬유를 브레이딩(braidind)시키며, 상기 벨부분으로 결착시킨 슬리빙단은 결착전에 돌출시키고, 상기 슬리빙내에 패킹시킨 섬유클러스터는 탄소/그라파이트 섬유 클러스터이며, 상기 벨부분에는 인의로 배향된 알루미늄실리케이트 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 매트릭스는 탄소로 구성함을 특징으로하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 공정(ii)에서 형성된 밸브형상구조는 공극을 가지며 상기 공정(iii)에서는 벨브형상구조를 열 접착세라믹과 같이 함침하고 그 세라믹 함참구조를 가열시켜 엔진의 밸브가이드에 삽입하도록 형성된 스템과 엔진의 밸브시트와 결착하도록 형성된 벨(bell)을 가진 경질 프리폼밸브를 형서시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 공극은 경질화할때 부분충전을 하고, 상기 공정(iii)에서는 경질프리폼밸브를 탄소전구물질수지 또는 다른 세라믹매트릭스 전구물질과 함께 함침시켜 상기 전구물질을 현장열분해하며 세라믹 섬유보강 복합재를 얻어지도록함을 특징으로하는 상기 제조방법.

- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹코팅은 실리콘 카바이드, 설리콘니트리드 또는 그 혼합물임을 특징으로하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹섬유-보강복합재는 화학적인 증착에 의해 코팅시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 슬리빙은 알루미늄보로실리케이트의 섬유를 브레이딩(braidind)하며, 상기 벨부분에 결착시킨 슬리빙단은 결착전에 돌출되고, 상기 슬리빙 내에 패킹된 섬유클러스터는 탄소/그라파이트 섬유 크러스터이며, 상기 벨부분은 인의로 배행된 알루미늄실리케이트 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 열-접착 세라믹은 알루미나이며, 상기 전구물질은 푸란 또는 페놀수지이고, 상기 세라믹코팅은 실리콘카바이드, 실리콘니트리드 또는 그 혼합물임을 특징으로하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 밸브형상 구조는 상기 매트릭스 또는 함침시킨 매트릭스의 전구 물질을 포함하는 재료에서 형성시킴을 특징으로하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹섬유-보강복합재를 내산화성 또는 내마모성이 있는 세라믹 코팅으로 코팅시키는 공정(iv)을 더 구성함을 특징으로하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 코팅은 실리콘카바이드, 시릴콘니트리드 또는 그 혼합물 임을 특징으로하는 상기 제조방법.
- 내연기관등에 쓰이는 세라믹 복합재밸브에 있어서, (a)엔진의 밸브가이드에 삽입하도록 형성되고, 세라믹 보강섬유의 축배향 무방향성 클러스터로 패킹시킨 세라믹슬리빙을 구성하는 가느다란 밸브스템과,(b)엔진의 밸브시트와 결착하도록 형성되고, 불연속 세라믹섬유를 포함하며, 밸브스템슬리빙의 일단이 벨부분에 성형되어 밸브-형상구조를 형성하고, 상기 밸브형상구조는 탄소, 다른 세라믹재 또는 탄소 및 다른 세라믹재 양자의 매트릭스와 같이 함침시켜 경질화하며, 내산화성 및 내마모성이 있는 경질 세라믹 코팅으로 코팅시키는 세라믹 밸을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 세라믹 복합재 밸브.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 슬리빙은 알루미늄 보로실리케이트를 브레이딩시키고, 상기 벨 부분에 성형된 슬리빙단은 돌출되고, 세라믹 보강 섬유 클러스터는 탄소/그라파이트이고, 상기 벨부분에는 임의로 배향된 알루미늄실리케이트 섬유이며, 상기 밸브형상구조는 알루미나 또는 실리카로 경질화 하고, 탄소로 함침하며 실리콘카바이드, 실리콘니트리드 또는 그 혼합물로 코팅시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 세라믹 복합재 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
