Description

Claims (22)
- セラミックス部材(3)を結合するための、2つの端部(2A,2B)を備える管状複合部材(1)において、少なくとも部分的にねじ山が設けられた内面(4)と、少なくとも部分的にねじ山が設けられ外面(6)とを有し、且つ無機繊維によって強化された無機マトリックスを含む複合材から形成されており、前記無機マトリックスは、酸化物セラミックス、非酸化物セラミックス、炭素、黒鉛、又はこれらの混合物から成るグループから選択されていることを特徴とする、管状複合部材(1)。
- 前記管状複合部材の内面(4)及び外面(6)が、軸方向で、内面及び外面の回転軸線に向かってテーパさせられており、これにより、反転した双円錐状の管を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の管状複合部材(1)。

- 前記管状部材を形成する複合材の、少なくとも10重量%の無機繊維が、円筒体軸方向に対して−20°〜−10°又は+10°〜+20°の角度を成す方向に配置されており、前記管状部材を形成する複合材の、少なくとも10重量%の無機繊維が、円筒体軸方向に対して−90°〜−70°又は+70°〜+90°の角度を成す方向に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の管状複合部材(1)。
- 前記無機繊維が、フィラメント、束、糸、織物、メリヤス又は編み物、非けん縮織物、不織布、又はこれらの混合物として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の管状複合部材(1)。

- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの管状複合部材(1)によって結合された少なくとも2つのセラミックス部材(3)を含むセラミックス部材(3)アセンブリにおいて、前記管状複合部材(1)の端部(2A,2B)が、2つの隣接するセラミックス部材(3)のそれぞれの対応する環状溝(9)に螺入されていることを特徴とする、セラミックス部材(3)アセンブリ。
- 隣接するセラミックス部材(3)の環状溝(9)がそれぞれ異なる深さを有することを特徴とする、請求項17記載のセラミックス部材(3)アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも部分的にねじ山が設けられた内面と、少なくとも部分的にねじ山が設けられた外面とを有する、セラミックス部材を結合するための管状複合部材(1)を製造する方法において、
(a)無機繊維を、プレセラミックスプレカーサー、高炭素発生炭素質材料、又はこれらの混合物から成るグループから選択されているマトリックス材料を用いて含浸し、
(b)±0.2mmの公差を有する少なくとも部分的にねじ山が設けられた溝を有するマンドレルを提供し、
(c)前記含浸された繊維を、張力を加えながら、2つ以上の方向で前記マンドレルに巻き付け、管状部材を形成し、
(d)ねじ山付き外面が提供される管状部材の少なくとも一部を包囲するための複数のダイス部材を有する概して円筒状のダイスを提供し、
(e)圧縮ステップにおいて、加熱されたダイス部材を管状部材に対して閉鎖し、ねじ山付き外面を形成し、
(f)ダイス部材を解放し、
(g)該管状部材をマンドレルにおいて500℃までの高温で硬化させ、
(h)前記管状部材を、好適には不活性雰囲気中で3200℃までの高温において熱処理することを特徴とする、管状複合部材(1)を製造する方法。 - 管状部材が、硬化の後にマンドレルから取り外されることを特徴とする、請求項19記載の方法。
