Claims (19)

  1. 실커버를 가진 창틀과 이동 가능한 윈도우새시를 구비한 창문 개폐장치에 있어서, 창틀과 윈도우새시를 연결하며, 윈도우새시를 변위시킬 수 있도록 작동하는 링크와, 회전가능한 핸들 수단과, 이 핸들수단과 상기 링크사이의 운동전달수단을 구비하고, 상기 회전가능한 핸들수단은 그 상면이 상기 실커버와 같은 높이의 비작동 위치와 상기 실커버에 대해 경사각을 이루는 작동위치를 갖는 핸들과, 이 핸들이 비작동위치로 설정되는 경우에는 상기 핸들의 공동부에 격납되고, 상기 핸들이 작동위치로 설정되는 경우에는 작동위치로 이동될 수 있도록 상기 핸들의 일단부에 축지지되는 핸들노브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 창운 개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핸들이 상기 작동위치로 이동함에 따라 상기 핸들노브를 상기 작동위치에 자동적으로 이동시키는 링크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 핸들노브를 상기 작동위치에 자동적으로 이동시키는 상기 링크는 길이방향으로 이동 할 수 있도록 상기 핸들에 장착되고, 일단이 상기 핸들노브에 축접속되고, 타단이 상기 핸들이 상승됨에 따라 상기 링크의 실질적인 길이 방향 이동을 차단하는 개폐장치의 일부에 접속되어 상기 링크와 상기 핸들사이의 상대적인 변위에 의해 상기 핸들노브가 작동 위치로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 핸들은 중간부분에 공동부를 형성하는 하향 돌출된 측벽에 의해 그 단면이 U자 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 핸들노브는 상기 공동부내에 격납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 운동전달수단은 축회전가능한 시브를 포함하고, 상기 핸들은 시브의 회전축과 일치하는 선회축을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 핸들노브는 자동위치에서 상기 시브의 회전축에 대해 평행의 축을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 이동가능한 창문 로킹부재를 포함하고, 핸들이 작동위치로부터 비작동위치로 이동함에 따라 상기 창문로킹 부재를 로킹위치로 이동시킬 수 있도록 상기 핸들에 의해 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 창문로킹부재를 이동시킬 수 있도록 핸들에 의해 작동하며, 회전형 캠과, 이캠의 회전에 따라 이동하는 링크와, 상기 핸들의 저부측에 배설되어 상기 캠과 상호작용하는 롤러를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 창문개폐장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 창문개폐장치는 베이스플레이트를 가지고, 회전형 캐마은 캠슬롯을 가지며, 상기 핸들의 저부측에 배설된 부재는 롤러이고, 상기 회전형 캠과 상기 롤러는 상기 베이스 플레이트로부터 작동위치를 향해 핸들이 변위됨에 따라 상기 롤러가 상기 캠슬롯으로부터 이동될 수 있도록 배치되어 상기 핸들이 그 작동위치로 설정되는 경우 자유롭게 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 창문로킹부재를 이동시키기 위해 창문 개폐장치의 핸들 및 베이스 플레이트상에 각각 롤러 및 회전형 캠을 배설하고, 상기 롤러 및 상기 회전형 캠은 핸들이 작동위치로 설정되는 경우에는 분리되며, 창문이 개방되거나 폐쇄된 것에 관계없이 핸들이 격납되는 비작동위치로 설정되는 경우에는 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 운동 전달수단은 클러치부재와, 브레이크톱니를 포함하며, 상기 핸들의 위치에 응답하여 핸들이 격납된 비동작위치로 설정되는 경우에는 브레이크톱니와 클러치부재중 하나가 브레이크동작을 행하고, 핸들이 작동위치로 설정되는 경우에는 클러치부재가 작동하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  12. 이동 가능한 슬라이더와, 이 슬라이더에 축지지되어 슬라이더의 이동에 따라 이동할 수 있도록 윈도우새시에 접속되는 링크와, 격납위치와 작동위치를 갖는 회전가능한 핸들과, 이 회전가능한 핸들과 슬라이더 사이에 위치하여 상기 핸들의 회전을 상기 슬라이더에 전달하는 운동전달수단을 구비하고, 상기 운동 전달수단은 회전가능한 핸들이 격납위치 또는 작동위치로 설정됨에 따라 작동하는 클러치부재 및 브레이크톱니를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 베이스플레이트와, 이 베이스플러이트에 형성된 브레이크톱니와, 이 브레이크톱니쪽으로 여유있게 삽입되는 시브를 가지는 상기 운동전달수단과, 이 시브의 상단에 형성되어 상기 브레이크톱니에 맞물리는 브레이크톱니와, 상기 시브의 상부에 배설되는 클러치부재를 구비하고, 상기 클러치부재는 상기 시브의 상단에서 상기 클러치부재를 압박하여 결합시키며, 시브를 아래 방향으로 이동시켜 브레이크톱니를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개페장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 또한 상기 핸들과 상기 클러치부재를 상호 연결시켜 상기 핸ㄷㄹ이 작동위치로 이동함에 따라 상기 클러치부재를 압박해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 클러치부재와 상기 시브의 브레이크톱니는 상호작용하는 톱니이고, 상기 클러치부재와 시브의 클러치부재는 상호 작용하는 경사각의 톱니인 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 오목부와, 이 오목부에 회전가능하며 상하 이동하도록 장착되는 시브와, 상기 베이스플레이트와 상기 시브 사이에 설치되어 상기 브레이크톱니가 결합되는 방향으로 상기 오목부의 시브를 위방향으로 밀고, 상기 시브가 클러치부재의 압박에 의해 아래방향으로 밀리는 유연성을 갖는 스프링을 구비하고, 상기 시브는 핸들의 회전에 따른 과도한 토크에 의해 상호 작용하는 클러치부재의 경사각톱니가 이탈되는 경우 상기 스프링에 대해 더 하향으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.

  18. 제17항 에 있어서 창문은 2개의 개방위치중 어느 하나의 위치로 윈도우새시의 이동에 대해 공장에서 미리 설정되어, 창문은 제1과 제2편자중 다른 편자를 선택적으로 유지시키기 위한 나사부재를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 각 편자는 상기 제2의 가이드트랙상에 슬라이드 이동할 수 있도록 장착되고, 상기 선택적인 유지수단은 상기 창틀에 결합된 편자를 로크시키도록 상기 편자의 어느 하나에 결합되고, 다른 편자가 상기 제2의 가이드트랙을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 자유로운 상태로 되는 동안 제2의 가이드트랙을 따르는 이동을 저지할 수 있는 나사부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 창문 개폐장치.
