제4도는 계면활성제와 수증기 투과율 및 마모 백분율과의 상호관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 섬유 응집체를 골격으로 하는 지지체 및 폴리우레탄 탄성체를 주성분으로하고 평균두께가 20㎛∼300㎛의 범위인 겉층으로 구성되고, 상기 겉층의 내층 부분이 섬유 응집체의 틈사이로 부분적으로 투과하여 지지체의 표면층에 인접한 섬유에 결합되는 형태로 상기 겉층이 지지체의 한 표면에 겹쳐지며, 겉층이 곁 외관을 고정하도록 응고된 상부측표면과 겉층에 분산된 미세기공을 가지며, 사이 미세기공의 평균직경이 내부층 부분에서 최소한 4㎛로 부터 표층부분에서 3㎛이하로 점차 감소하며, 수증기투과율이 1∼30㎎/㎠ㆍhr이며 지지체에 대한 제품의 걸리 경도비가 1.5이하임을 특징으로 하는 가죽상 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수증기 투과율이 3∼20㎎/㎠ㆍhr 인 가죽상 재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체에 대한 제품의 걸리 경도비가 1.3이항인 가죽상 재료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 겉층의 평균 두께가 20㎛ 내지 200㎛인 가죽상 재료.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 겉층의 평균 두께가 20㎛ 내지 100㎛인 가죽상 재료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 겉층 박리강도가 2kg/cm이상임을 특징으로 하는가죽상 재료.
