Claims (5)

  1. 음성입출력을 위한 핸드셋(10)과, 번호 다이얼릴용 입력장치인 키패드(11)와, 다이얼링 번호 또는 상대방 전화번호의 화면표시용 장치인 표시장치(12)와, 상기 핸드셋(10), 키패드(11) 및 표시장치(12)에 연결되어 외부와 ISDN 전화기와의 접속기능을 수행하는 입출력 인터페이스 수단(13)과, 상기 입출력 인터페이스 수단(13)에 연결되어 아날로그 음성신호를 디지틀 신호로 변환시켜 부호화하거나 디지틀 신호를 복호화하여 아날로그 신호로 변환시키며, 전화기에 필요한 다양한 톤(tone)을 발생시키는 오디오 인터페이스 수단(14)과, 상기 오디오 인터페이스 수단(14)에 연결되어 B채널 교환기능 및 B1, B2 채널 할당기능을 수행하는 B채널 제어수단(15)과, 상기 B채널 제어수단(14)에 연결되어 ＂S＂프레임 구성기능, 기동/정치처리기능, 100% AMI 부호처리기능, 클럭복구를 위한 DPLL 기능, 프레임 재배열 및 복구기능을 수행하는 라인 인터페이스 수단(16)과, 상기 라인 인터페이스 수단(16)에 연결되어 플래그(flag) 검출 및 발생, 제로(zero) 삽입 및 제거, 에러 검출을 위한 FCS(Frame check sequence)처리, D채널 우선순위 제어기능 및 어드레스 확인등의 기능을 수행하는 데이타 링크 제어(17)수단과 상기 데이타 링크 제어(17)수단과 B채널 제어수단(16)과, 오디오 인터페이스 수단(14) 및 입출력 인터페이스 수단(13)에 연결되어 ISDN 전화기의 모든 기능부를 총괄 제어하는 시스템 제어수단(18)과, 송신전용정지화상 전화기(19)와, 수신전용 정지화상 전화기(20)와, 상기 송신전용 정지화상 전화기(19) 및 수신전용 정지화상 전화기(20)에 연결되어 음성용인 상기 입출력 인터페이스 수단(13)과 동일한 하드웨어 구조를 가지며 음성신호 대신 영상신호를 처리하는 정지화용 입출력 인터페이스 수단(21)과, 상기 정지화용 입출력 인터페이스 수단(21)과 상기 오디오 인터페이스 수단(14)및 시스템제어 수단(18)에 연결되어 음성용인 상기 오디오 인터페이스 수단(14)과 동일한 하드웨어 구조를 가지며 음성신호 대신 영상신호를 처리하는 정지화용 오디오 인터페이스 수단(22)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 ISDN 정지화상 전화기 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 송신전용 정지화상 전화기(19)는 정지화를 연속적으로 전송시키기 위하여 자동적으로 송신스위치가 동작하도록 두개의 저항(RA,RB) 및 캐패시터(C)에 연결된 타이머(T)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 ISDN 정지화상 전화기 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 송신전용 정지화상 전화기(19)와 수신전용 정지화상 전화기(20)를 상기 정지화용 입출력 인터페이스 수단(21)에 연결함에 있어 상기 송신전용 정지화상 전화기(19)의 회선단자는 상기 정지화용 입출력 인터페이스 수단(21)의 음성 입력용 단자에 연결하고, 상기 수신전용 정지화상 전화기(20)의 회선단자는 상기 정지화용 입출력 인터페이스부(21)의 음성 출력용 단자에 연결하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 ISDN 정지화상 전화기 시스템
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 송신전용 정지화상 전화기(19) 및 수신전용 정지화상 전화기(20)를 정지화용 입출력 인터페이스부 수단(21)의 음성 입력용 단자 및 음성출력용 단자에 각각 연결할때 연결(side tone) 효과에 의해 송신전용 정지화상 전화기(19)에서 전송하는 정지화가 그대로 수신전용 정지화상 전화기(20)에 표시되는 현상을 막기 위해 상기 정지화용 입출력 인터페이스수단(21)은 측음제거 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 ISDN 정지화상 전화기 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정지화용 입출력 인터페이스수단(21) 및 정지화용 오디오 인터페이스수단(21)은 기존의 ISDN 전화기에서 사용하는 입출력 인터페이스수단(13) 및 오디오 인터페이스수단(14)과 동일한 하드웨어 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 ISDN 정지화상 전화기 시스템.
