Claims (1)
- 도정하지 않는 나락, 보리, 옥수수와 같은 각질 전분질 곡류를 한쪽이 대기압으로 개방되어 있는 기류식 팽화기내에 직접 넣고 기류식 팽화기내의 온도를 210±10℃로 유지시켜, 곡류의 각질내부의 수증기압이 1.7-2.0기압을 유지시키면서 50-60초로 팽화시켜 α-화 기질을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 각질 곡류로부터 주류양조, 알코올발효 및 포도당제조의 α-화 기질을 제조하는 방법.
