해파린상 구조를 지닌 물질 및 이의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 최종 생성물의 NMR 스펙트럼을 도시한 것이다.
제2도 및 제3도는 제1도를 비교하기 위한 스펙트럼을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 해파린을 부분 또는 전체적으로 N-탈황산화시키고 N-탈황산화된 해파린중에서 자유-아미노 그룹의 적정을 기본으로 pH 9.3 내지 9.5 및 25 내지 30℃ 온도에서 자유-아미노그룹 1몰당 아세트산 무수물 1 내지 1.1몰의 비율로 아세트산 무수물 화합양론적 양을 가함을 특징으로 하여, N-아세틸화된 화합물을 합성하는 방법.
  2. 하기의 분석 특성을 나타내는, 제1항에서 기술한 방법에 의해 해파린으로부터 수득한 생성물, -항응혈작용(APTT-안티-x): 10 IU/㎎ 미만 -N-아세틸 함량(-CH3CO-로서 표기): 3-7% W/W -N-아세틸화 수준 40 내지 90%에 상응 -우론산 (후 가수분해): 31± 1% -헥소스아민 (후 가수분해): 32± 1% -유기 황산염 (S) : 8 ± 1% -우론산/헥소스아민/S/아세틸 몰비: 1 : 1 : 1.5-1.7 : 0.4-0.9 -고유광회전도 : 〉 +35°.
  3. 트롬빈 비활성화 및 섬유소 용해특성, 낮은 항응혈 작용을 지닌 독특한 활성성분으로서 경구 및 주사용에 적합한, 제2항에서 정의한 생성물을 함유하는 약제학적 제제.
