Claims (5)

  1. 광디스크 기록 및 재생시스템의 반도체 레이저 장치에 구동 전류를 공급하기 위한 반도체 레이저 구동장치에 있어서 준위는 상기 레이저 장치로부터 방사되는 레이저빔에 의하여 방사되는 광디스크의 위치에 대응한 복수 준위의 하나에 반도체 레이저장치를 조절하도록 변경되며 상기 장치는 : 상기 레이저 장치에 상이한 준위를 가진 복수 기준 구동전류를 순차적으로 공급하는 전류 공급수단 : 상기 레이저 장치에 공급될 때 상기 레이저장치의 광출력준위를 검출하기 위한 모니터링 수단 : 검출된 광출력 준위에 의하여 여러 개의 최적 값을 셋팅하는 셋팅수단 : 레이저 빔에 의하여 방사되고 있는 광디스크의 위치에 따라서 상기 여러개의 최적 값의 하나를 선택하기위한 선택수단을 포함하는 반도체 레이저 구동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 전류 공급수단은 기록 및 소거 정보용 구동전류를 공급하는 반도체 레이저 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 상기 전류 공급수단은 기록 정보용 상기 구동전류를 공급하기전에 세개 또는그 이상의 기준 구동전류를 공급하는 반도체 레이저 구동장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 상기 세개 또는 그 이상의 기준 구동전류를 각 준위가 점진적으로 증가되는 반도체 레이저장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 상기 전류 공급수단은 정보 기록용 상기 구동전류를 공급하기전에 두종류의 기준 구동전류를 공급하는 반도체 레이저장치.
