제1도는 본 발명의 레이저 재생장치의 한 실시예를 나타내는 구성도.

Claims (6)

  1. 레이저 다이오드로부터의 레이저 빔 조사에 의해서 기록매체에 기록된 데이타를 재생하는 레이저 재생 장치에 있어서, 상기 레이저 다이오드 구동신호 전류치를 복귀광에 의해 레이저 빔 조사상태가 가장 변화하지 않는 치의 근방에 설정하고, 이 설정한 전기 전류치에 의한 전기 레이저 다이오드로부터의 레이저 빔 조사를 소정주기로 단속해서 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 재생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 레이저 빔의 1회 조사시간을 전기 전류치에 의해서는 전기 기록매체에 기록된 신호에 영향을 주지 않는 시간으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 재생장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 레이저 빔을 조사하는 시간과 레이저 빔을 조사하지 않는 시간과의 비를 1/3 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 재생장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전기 레이저 다이오드가 레이저 빔을 조사하지 않을때의 구동전류를 0으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 재생장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 레이저 빔 발광간격 to로 정해지는 발광 주파수가 재생신호를 적분하여 읽어낼때, 기록 데이타 재생계의 중간 주파수의 2배 이상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 재생장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 레이저 빔의 발광간격 to로 정해지는 발광 주파수가 샘플 읽어내기 할 때는 기록 데이타 재생계의 공간 주파수로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 재생장치.
