Claims (2)
- 플로팅게이트상에 절연막을 통해서 콘트롤게이트가 적층된 구조의 메모리셀을 가진 불휘발성 메모리에 있어서, 불량 메모리셀을 보충하기 위한 용장메모리셀과 이 용장메모리셀을 선택하기 위한 트랜지스터를 가지고, 상기 용장메모리셀 및 상기 용장메모리셀을 선택하기 위한 트랜지스터는 불휘발성 메모리트랜지스터에 의해 형성되고, 상기 용장메모리셀을 선택하기 위한 트랜지스터는 플로팅게이트의 상면 및 측벽이 콘트롤게이트에 의해 덮힌 구조를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 불휘발성 메모리.
