Claims (15)

  1. 내연기관의 작동조건을 감지하는 장치에 있어서, 내연기관의 연소실내에 설치되며, 방사 광에너지의 강도가 연소실을 열유동에 비례하는 광방사흑체부재 ; 한단부에 광방사흑체부재를 광학적으로 체결시킨 광전파부재 ; 그리고 타단부에는 상기한 광방사흑체부재가 연소실내에 위치하도록하는 광안내부재를 지지하는 지지부재 ; 상기 광전파부재를 따라 전파하여 광전파의 타단부에 방사하고, 수용된 광에너지를 상기 광방사흑체부재에 의해 감지되는 온도를 나타내는 온도신호로 전환시키는, 광방사흑체부재에 의해 방사되는 광에너지를 수용하도록 설치된 광감지부재 ; 그리고, 내연기관의 작동조건을 감지하기 위해 상기 광감지부재로부터 전달받은 온도신호를 처리하는 신호처리를 포함하는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광방사흑체부재는 내연기관의 연소실내에서 점화프럴그에서 멀리 떨어진 엔진 피스톤의 사점 상부 근처의 지점에 설치되는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광방사흑체부재는 실린더 헤드블록의 내면에서 적어도 5mm돌출하는 지점에 설치한 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광방사흑체부재는 용융점이 높은 금속의 불투명필름으로 형성된 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 불투명필름은 플라티늄과 로듐으로 구성되는 계에서 선택되는 신규의 금속으로 이루어진 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 불투명필름은 스패터(spattering)로써 형성되는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 광방사흑체부재는 사파이어의 한단부에 설치되며, 그의 타단부는 실린더 헤드블록의 외부에 노출되며, 상기한 광전파부재는, 그의 한단부가 상기 사파이어로드의 다른 단부와 광학적으로 체결되는 광화이버를 포함하는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리회로는 엔진의 작동 조건을 나타내는 아래의 요소들 ; 온도신호의 최고치 ; 상기 온도 신호최고치의 발생 타이밍 ; 온도신호의 시간영역내에서의 미분 ; 상기 미분의 최고치 ; 그리고 상기 미분의 최고치 발생 타이밍의 적어도 하나를 감지하도록 구성된 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기에서 감지한 적어도 하나의 요소(변수)는 엔진의 정상조건에 해당하는 적어도 하나의 임계치와 비교하여 엔진의 비정상적인 조건의 발생을 판단하는 수단인 비정상신호를 발생하는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 하나의 변수의 값이 해당 임계치를 초과할 경우 어떤 비정상조건이 발생하였음을 판단하는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 하나의 변수와 대응 임계치와의 차이의 정도를 감지하는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 단위시간당 발생되는 상기한 비정상신호의 수를 계산하여 산출값을 구하고 비정상조건의 정도는 상기한 산출값으로써 감지하는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리회로는 온도신호를 제1임계치와 비교하여 온도신호가 상기한 제1임계치를 초과할 경우에 제1노킹신호를 발생하는 제1콤퍼레이터, 시간영역에서 상기한 온도신호를 미분하여 미분신호를 발생하는 미분회로, 상기한 미분회로를 제2임계치와 비교하여 미분신호가 상기한 제2임계치보다 초과할 경우엔 제2노킹신호를 발생하는 제2콤퍼레이터, 미분신호의 최고치를 감지하는 감지회로, 상기의 미분신호 최고치를 점화타이밍과 관련된 기준타이밍과 비교하는 타이밍콤퍼레이터, 그리고 미분신호의 최고타이밍과 제3임계치 타이밍을 비교하여 미분신호최고치의 타이밍이 제3임계치에 의해 결정된 타이밍에 대해 앞설때 제3노킹신호를 발생하는 제3콤퍼레이터를 포함하는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 신호처리회로는 상기한 제1, 제2, 그리고 제3의 노킹신호를 받아들이며, 상기한 제1, 제2, 제3노킹신호의 적어도 하나가 발생하면 제4노킹신호를 발생하는, OR게이트를 포함하는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 신호처리회로는 상기한 제1, 제2, 그리고 제3노킹신호를 받아들이며, 제1, 제2, 그리고 제3노킹신호 모두가 동시에 발생할때에 제4노킹신호를 발생하는 내연기관의 작동조건 감지장치.
