Claims (15)

  1. 높은 광택, 유연성, 평활성, 밝기, 드럼 접합력 저항성 및 피크 저항성을 갖는 캐스트 피막 종이의 제조방법에 있어서, 종이 피막 안료 및 접합 결합제를 포함하는 수성 종이 피막 조성물을 제조하는 단계로서, 상기 접합 결합제는 필수적으로 콩 단백질 합성 그라프트 공중합체로 구성되며, 상기 안료 및 접합 결합제의 결합물은 종이웨브 기질에 피막되었을때 우수한 광택, 유연성, 평활성, 발기를 갖고 실질적으로 피크가 없는 피막 종이를 제조하는데 효과적이며 드럼 접합력을 실질적으로 감소시키는데 효과적으로 되는 단계 ; 상기 종이 웨브기질을 상기 수성종이 피막 조성물로 피막하는 단계 ; 및 끝처리 가공된 종이를 제조하기 위하여 상기 피막된 종이 웨브 기질을 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 콩단백질 쉘에 중합화된 결합된 디엔 및 비닐 아릴 단량체의 그라프트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체의 합성부는 공중합체의 중량부 약 80％까지 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 끝처리 가공된 종이는 캐스트 피막된 종이인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부타디엔-스티렌부는 공중합체의 약 80％까지 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 피막된 종이 생성물.
  8. 드럼 접합력을 실질적으로 감소시키는데 효율적이며 높은 광택, 유연성, 평활성, 밝기 피크 저항성을 갖는 피막 종이를 제조하는데 효율적인 캐스트 종이 피막 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 종이 피막 접합 결합제 및 종이 피막안료의 수성 현탁액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는데, 상기 종이 피막 접합 결합제는 필수적으로 콩단백질 합성 그라프트 공중합체로 구성되며, 상기 안료 및 접합 결합제의 결합물을 드럼 접합력을 감소시키는데 효율적이며, 종이 웨브기질이 피막되었을때 높은 광택, 유연성, 평활성, 밝기를 갖고 실질적으로 피크가 없는 피막종이를 제조하는데 효율적인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 콩단백질 쉘에 중합화된 결합된 디엔 및 비닐아릴 단량체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체의 합성부는 라텍스부 인것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체의 합성부는 상기 공중합체의 중량부 약 80％까지 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체의 부타디엔-스티렌부는 상기 공중합체의 중량부 약 80％까지 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  14. 제8항의 방법에 의해 제조된 종이 피막 조성물.
