Claims (5)
- pH 약 11 내지 약 12에서 효소들을 염기성 수용액과 접촉시킴을 포함하는, D-아미노산 옥시다제 효소의 존재하에서 카탈라제 효소를 불활성시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥시다제와 카탈라제가 트리기놉시스 배리아빌리스(Triginopsis variablilis)의 투과 가능한 완전 세포에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥시다제와 카탈라제가 수성 무세포 추출물에 존재하는 방법.
- 세팔로스포린 C를 글루타릴-7-ACA로 효소 산화시킬 때 트리기놉시스 배리아빌리스의 투과가능한 완전세포 또는 무세포 추출물을 사용하기 전에 트리기놉시스 배리아빌리스의 상기 투과가능한 완전 세포 또는 상기 무세포 추출물을 염기로 처리하여 pH 약 11 내지 약 12가 되게 함을 포함하는 세팔로스포린 C를 글루타릴-7-ACA로 효소 전환시키는 방법.
- 트리기놉시스 배리아빌리스의 완전 세포 또는 무세포 추출물을 아세톤/물로 처리함을 포함하는 에스테라제효소의 불활성화 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
