LA HOJA DE TE HUMEDECIDA CON ENZIMA SE INCUBA EN UN SISTEMA CERRADO A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE DURANTE UNAS POCAS HORAS. EL TE TRATADO CON ENZIMA SE NEUTRALIZA LUEGO CON UNA BASE ADECUADA DE CALIDAD PARA ALIMENTOS Y SE INACTIVAN LAS ENZIMAS POR CALENTAMIENTO. EL TE TRATADO RESULTANTE PUEDE EXTRAERSE Y TRATARSE DE LA MANERA USUAL O SECARSE PARA USO EN BOLSITAS DE TE DE LA MANERA USUAL.
