Abstract
1380135 Cold water soluble tea UNILEVER Ltd 29 Feb 1972 [5 March 1971 28 May 1971 19 Aug 1971] 9212/72 Heading A2B The cold water insoluble constituents of a hot water extract of tea are solubilised by passing them in an aqueous medium through a column containing an insoluble matrix on which there is fixed tannasse. The matrix may be particulate, for example consisting of glass or a polymer. The flow of-liquid in the column is preferably upwards. The treated material may be dried.
