Claims (19)

  1. (a) 하기 일반식(Ⅰa)의 4급 암모늄 그룹 및/또는 일반식(Ⅰb)의 4급 암모늄 그룹, (b) OH 그룹 및 에폭시 화합물에 결합되는 이소시아네이트 라디칼(이의 10몰% 이상은 탄소수가 8이상인 장쇄. 일작용성 이소시아네이트로부터 유도된다)를 함유하고 평균 분자량()이 500 내지 10,000인 에폭시 화합물계 페이스트 수지.
    상기식에서, 라디칼 R1내지 R3은 서로 독립적으로 임의로 OH그룹 및/또는 아미노 그룹을 수반하고/하거나 산소원자를 함유하는 탄소수 1내지 7의 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내거나, 이들 라디칼중의 2개는 지환족 환율 형성하고, Z는 임의로 OH그룹을 수반하고/하거나 산소원자를 함유할 수 있는 탄소수 2 내지 18의 선형, 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 알킬렌 라디칼을 나타내며, R4및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 임의로 OH 및/또는 실란그룹을 수분하고/하거나 산소원자를 함유할 수 있는 탄소수 2 내지 50의 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내거나, 이들 2개의 라디칼중의 하나(R4, R5)는 Z와 함게 환을 형성할 수 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분자당 평균 1 내지 4개의 그룹(a)를 함유하는 페이스트 수지.
  3. 제1항 및/또는 제2항에 있어서, 그룹(b)의 수가 분자당 평균 1 내지 20인 페이스트 수지.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그룹(C)의 수가 분자당 평균 1 내지 15인 페이스트 수지.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 라디칼(C)가 탄소수 8 내지 22의 모노이소시아네트 또는 총 탄소수 10 내지 50의 부분적으로 차페된 폴리이소시아네이트로부터 유도되는 페이스트 수지.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균분자량()이 1000 내지 5000인 수지.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, OH값이 10 내지 200㎎의 KOH/g인 페이스트 수지.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시값이 0.5 이하인 페이스트 수지.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 4급 질소의 양이 g당 0.2 내지 20meg인 페이스트 수지.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시아네테이트 라디칼(C)의 양이 3 내지 50중량%인 페이스트 수지.
  11. 하나 이상의 1.2-에폭시그룹과 OH그룹들을 함유하는 화합물(B)를 먼저 장쇄. 일작용성 이소시아 네이트(D1)과 반응시키고, 경우에 따라, 부분적으로 차폐된 이소시아네트(D2)와 혼합시키고, 반응 생성물을 4급 아미노 그룹을 유발하는 조건하에서 아민(A)와 반응시켜 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 바와 같은 페이스트 수지를 제조하는 방법.
  12. 하나 이상의 1.2-에폭시그룹과 함유하는 화합물(B)를 먼저 아민(A)와 반응시키고, 이로부터 생성된 반응 생성물(C)를 장쇄. 일작용성 이소시아 네이트(D1)과 반응시키고, 경우에 따라, 부분적으로 차폐된 이소시아네트(D2)와 혼합한 다음, 경우에 따라 4급화 시켜 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 바와같은 페이스트 수지를 제조하는 방법.
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 아민(A)로서, 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민을 사용하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 일반식(Ⅰa)에서 정의한 바와 같고, X는 일반식(Ⅰa)의 R3와 같거나 수소이다.
  14. 제11항 내지 제13항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물(B)로서 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R7는 임의로(NR8)(여기에서, R8은 수소, 탄소수 1내지 14의 알킬 또는 탄소수 1 내지 14의 하이드록시알킬을 나타낸다)그룹을 함유할 수 있는 폴리에테르, 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에스테르폴리올의 Z가 라디칼, 또는 Z가 탄화수소 라디칼, 바람직하게는 임의로 불활성 또는 비간섭 그룹을 수반할 수 있는 탄소수 2내지 18의 알킬렌 라디칼, 또는 Z가 폴리(2급)아민 라디칼, 또는 에폭시-카보네이트 화합물과 폴리아민, 폴리올, 폴리카프로락톡폴리올, OH그룹-함유폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르, 폴리글리콜, 평균분자량이 800 내지 10000인 하이드록실 작용기-, 카복실 작용기-, 및 아미노 작용기-함유 중합체서 오일, 폴리카복실산, 하이드록실 작용기-또는 아미노 작용기-함유 폴리테트라하이드로 푸란과의 반응 생성물의 Z가 라디칼, 및 폴리아민과 실험식이 C12-14H22-26O3인 α,β-디알킬알칼모노카복실산의 글리시딜 에스테르 또는 글리시딜 베르사테이트와의 반응생성물의 Z가 라디칼을 나타내며, Z는 1 내지 5, 바람직하게는 2이다.
  15. 제11항 내지 제14항에 있어서, 에폭시 그룹과 반응하는 아미노 그룹 : 에폭시 그룹의 당량비가 0.8 내지 1.3:1인 양으로 화합물(A) 및 (B)를 사용하는 방법.
  16. 제11항 내지 제15항에 있어서, 탄소수 8 내지 12의 장쇄 모노이소시아네이트가 장쇄. 일작용성 이소시아네이트(D1)으로서 사용되는 방법.
  17. 제11항 내지 제16항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트(D1)의 양이 50 내지 100몰%이고, 이소시아네이트(D2)의 양이 0 내지 50몰%인 방법.
  18. 제11항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 바와 같은 페이스트 수지와 페이스트 수지에 분산된 안료를 함유하는 안료 페이스트.
  19. 안료 페이스트를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 바와 같은 페이스트 수지의 용도.
