Claims (7)

  1. 편평한 홀더(7)의 양면에 여과막(8a),(8b)을 접합하여 된 유니트(2A),(2B)의 복수개를 대향하는 여과막 사이에 여과기체의 유입간극(25)을 두고, 중심개구(10)를 상호 연통시킨 상태로서 축선방향으로 연결한 기체용 필터엘리멘트(1)에 있어서, 상기한 홀더는 여과된 기체를 유니트 연결방향으로 유출시키기 위한 중심개구(10)와, 그의 외측에 설치되어서 각 유니트를 여과기체의 유입간극을 두고 상기한 중심개구가 연통되도록 연결하기 위한 고리형상의 연결부(11a)(11b)와, 그 외측의 양면에 형설한 고리형상의 내측여과막 융착부(12a)(12b)와, 외주의 양면에 형설한 외측 여과막 흉착부(13a)(13b)와, 이들의 융착부를 연결하는 격판(14)과, 그 격판의 양면에 좁은 간극을 두어서 병설되고, 단면에 있어서, 선단쪽이 점차 가늘어져서 선단가장자리의 미소한 반경의 원호면으로 되어있는 다수의 리브와, 이들의 리브사이에 형성된 다수의 유통구와, 이들의 유통구를 중심개구에 연통시키는 유로(26)를 구비하고, 상기한 여과막은, 안밖의 양 융착부에만 홀더의 열융착되고, 상기한 각 유니트는 상기한 연결부에 있어서 열융착에 의하여 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 기체용 필터엘리멘트.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 홀더의 접합하는 여과막(8a)(8b)을, 두께가 0.1mm 정도의 유연한 합성수지 시이트로서, 직경이 0.2mm 정도의 다수의 통기구(通氣口)를 보유한 막에 의하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기체용 필터엘리멘트.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 홀더의 있어서의 결판의 양면에 설치하는 리브(15a),(15b)를 동심원형상으로 병설하고, 이들의 리브사이에 다수의 원주방향 유통구(流通溝)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기체용 필터엘리멘트.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 홀더의 있어서의 격판의 양면에 설치한 리브의 선단가장자리를, 단면이 반경 0.1 내지 0.3mm의 원호면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기체용 필터엘리멘트.
  5. 홀더에 있어서의 결판에, 반대쪽면에 설치한 원주방향의 유통구(流通溝)(16a)(16b)를 상호연통시키는 제1유통공(18), 리브와 같은 높이의 복수의 직경방향의 리브사이에 형성한 복수의 직경방향의 유통구(20),(20), 그들의 직경방향유통구속의 격판(14)에 개설한 다수의 제2유통공(21) 및 상기한 직경방향의 유통구를 중심개구에 연통시키는 제3유통공(22)을 설치하여, 이들의 각 유통공과 직경방향의 유통구에 의하여, 원주방향의 유통구를 중심개구에 연통시키는 유로를 구성한 엘리멘트.
  6. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 홀더에 있어서의 고리형상의 연결부에, 다른 여과유니트를 연결하기 위하여 열융융시키는 고리형상의 단면이 삼각형상인 융착부를 일체로 돌설한 것을 특징으로 하는 기체용 필터엘리멘트.
  7. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 홀더외주의 복수개소의 있어서, 표리면쪽으로 돌출되도록 이간부재를 설치하여, 인접한 유니트의 여과막 사이에 여과기체의 유입간극(25)을 확보한 것을 특징으로 하는 기체용 필터엘리멘트.
