Claims (6)
- 대략 기어형상인 로우터와, 이 로우터의 바깥쪽에 상기 로우터의 톱니 형상이 대향해서 방사형상이고, 또한 원주상의 소정의 부분이 결락한 상태에서 배치된 복수의 전극과, 상기 전극의 결락부에서 상기 로우터에 이 맞물리도록 구성된 전달기어를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 마이크로 모우터의 구동력 전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,전극의 수는 결락부가 없으면 n을 정수로해서 로우터의 톱니수에 n배가 되도록 설정되어 있으며, 또한 상기 결락부에 포함된 전극의 수는 상n의 정수배인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 마이크로 모우터의 구동력 전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,전극의 결락부가 로우터의 회전중심에 대해서 대칭이 되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 마이크로 모우터의 구동력 전달장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,전달기어가 전극의 결락부와 마찬가지로 로우터의 회전중심에 대해서 적어도 그 개수에 있어서 대칭이 되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 마이크로 모우터의 구동력 전달장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,전달기어는 로우터보다 톱니수가 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 마이크로 모우터의 구동력 전달장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,전달기어가 절연물질로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전형 마이크로 모우터의 구동력 전달장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
