본 고안은 수증기확산 고기구이판에 관한 것으로 구이판의 구이면을 내향으로 약간 경사지게 형성하되 중앙부에 요함부를 형성하고 거기에 수증기확산판을 씌워 고기를 구울 때 요함부내에서 발생하는 수증기를 구이면에 올려 놓아진 고기에 확산 유도토록 하므로서 고기굽는 부위가 수증기에 감싸져서 고기가 타지않고 구워지며 구워놓은 고기는 딱딱해지지 않도록 하고 요함부내의 끓는 물에는 양념을 한 고기를 넣고 끓이므로서 삶은 고기와 구운고리를 동시에 즐길 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a steam diffusion roasted meat plate, which forms a slightly inclined inner surface of the roasting plate inwardly, forms a recess in the center, and covers the steam diffusion plate on it to grill the meat.
