Claims (1)
- 전사지가 피착된 유리그릇을 제조함에 있어서, 접시형 성형틀에 반단열 및 윤활작용을 하는 도형제(Cu 및 Se합금)를 도층하고 석면을 적재한 상태에서 이형물질인 미립자의 알루미늄 옥사이드 분말을 뿌려주고 수개의 치구를 주연테에 개재하여 판유리안치 접촉면에 석필가루를 칠한 상태에서 바닥밑면에 전사지가 부착된 판유리를 안치시켜 1차 예열로(가)에서 약 300-400℃로 전사지가 피착되게 예열한 다음 2차 가열로 (나)에서 650-750℃로 가열시켜 판유리를 사용 형상으로 변형시키고 3차로 (다)에서 약 600℃로 서냉한 다음 에어로 약 300℃이하까지 급냉시켜 강화유리로 하여 부로와로 서서히 냉각시키게 함을 특징으로한 그릇 성형과 전사공정을 동시 행하는 유리그릇 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
