Claims (5)
- 소성후의 조성이 산화아연 100중량부터 대하여 도우팬트로서, 적어도 산화주석, 산화갈륨, 산화인듐, 및 산화알미늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 0.005~5중량부 포함하는 침상형전도성 산화아연 분말.
- 무기산으로 알칼리성 아연산염 화합물과 적어도 주석, 갈륨, 인듐 및 알루미늄 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종이상의 금속의 수용성 화합물을 함유하는 용액을 중화시켜, 소성후, 산화아연 100중량부에 대하여 도우팬트로서, 적어도 산화주석, 산화갈륨, 산화인듐 및 산화알루미늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 0.005~5중량부 함유하는 조성을 지니도록하고, 중화시 얻은 공침전물을 여과하고, 공침존물을 세정 및 건조한 다음 환원 분위기에서 공침전물을 소성하는 것으로 이루어진 침상형 전도성산화아연의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리성 아연산업 화합물과 적어도 주석, 갈륨, 인듐 및 알루미늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상 금속의 수용성 화합물을 함유하는 용액에 알카리/아연 몰비가 5~30가 되도록 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화 칼륨을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침상형 전도성산화아연의 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 중화반응시 알카리성 아연산염용액의 초기농도는 0.1~4몰1ℓ이고 중화에 사용된 무기산의 농도는 5~20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 침상형 전도성 산화아연의 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 무기산에 의한 중화를 중화반응 말기의 pH값이 7~20범위에 도달하도록 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침상형 전도성 산화아연의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
