Claims (9)

  1. 쌀겨의 유산발효숙성물 살균여과액이고, 무취성의 담황색 액체이며, 짠맛을 내고, 물 및 알코올에 용해하며, 분석값이, 조단백 0.2%, 조지방 0.1%, 조섬유 없음, 조회분 4.5%, 수분 8.1%, 당질 87.1%, 나트륨 성분 1.9%, 인성분 541㎎/100g, pH9.3 정도인 살균여과액의 분말화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀겨에서 얻는 조성물.
  2. 쌀겨의 유산발효숙성물 살균여과액이고, 무취성의 담황색 액체이며, 짠맛을 내고, 물 및 알코올에 용해하며, 분석값이, 조단백 0.2%, 조지방 0.1%, 조섬유 없음, 조회분 4.5%, 수분 8.1%, 당질 87.1%, 나트륨 성분 1.9%, 인성분 541㎎/100g, pH9.3 정도인 살균여과액의 분말화물을 함유하고, 쌀겨에 물을 첨가하여 가열하고, 효소처리로 분해시키고, 유산균을 첨가하여 발효시키고, 이 발효물의 여과액을 숙성시키고, 필요한 경우 살균처리한 여과액을 분말화 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소취제의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 쌀겨와 물의 중량 비율이 50:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 소취제의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 효소가 펙티나아제인 것을 특징으로 하는 소취제의 제조방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 유산발효는, pH를 9.2-9.5로 조절하여 35℃정도로 수일간 통기배양 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소취제의 제조방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 숙성은 5℃정도로 약 1달간 여과액을 방치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소취제의 제조방법.
  7. 쌀겨의 유산발효숙성물 살균여과액이며, 무취성의 담황색 액체이며, 짠맛을 내고, 물 및 알코올에 용해하며, 분석값이, 조단백 0.2%, 조지방 0.1%, 조섬유 없음, 조회분 4.5%, 수분 8.1%, 당질 87.1%, 나트륨 성분 1.9%, 인성분 541㎎/100g, pH9.3 정도인 살균여과액의 분말화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소취제.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 경구제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 소취제.
