Claims (12)

  1. (1) 필수적으로 단백질 용액 및 임의로 물 또는 수성 혼합물중의 생물학적 활성성분을 함유하며, 하나이상의 계면활성제가 첨가될 수 있는 액체상을 단백질의 응집온도보다 낮은 온도에서 제조하고, (2) 필수적으로 물 또는 수성 혼합물을 함유하고, 생물학적 활성물질을 함유할 수 있으며, 하나이상의 계면활성제가 첨가될 수 있는 제2액체상을 단백질의 응집 온도보다 높은 온도에서 제조한 후, (3) (1) 또는 (2)에서 수득된 액체상 중 하나를, 단백질의 동전점과는 다른 pH 조건하에서 서서히 교반하면서 다른하나에 가하여 단백질 및 임의의 생물학적 활성물질의 나노입자 교질상 현탁액을 거의 순간적으로 형성시키고, (4) 경우에 따라, 물 또는 수성 혼합물의 전부 또는 일부를 제거하여 목저하는 농도의 나노입자 교질상 현탁액을 생성시키거나 나노입자 분말을 형성시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 매트릭스형태의 크기가 500㎚ 미만인 구형입자(나노입자 : nanoparticles)형태 단백질의 분산성 교질상 시스템의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단백질이 혈청알부민인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단백질이 엘라스틴인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생물학적 활성물질이 의학적 활성성분 또는 약제 전구체, 생물학적 시약 또는 화장품 성분인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생물학적 활성물질이 단계(3)에서 미리 생성시킨 단백질만의 나노입자와 결합되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상(1)의 물 또는 수성 혼합물이 0℃ 내지 50℃의 온도를 지니는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상(2)의 물 또는 수성 혼합물이 80℃ 내지 100℃의 온도를 지니는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상 (1) 및 (2) 혼합물의 pH가 단백질의 동전점과 2 내지 3단위 차이나는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상(1)중의 단백질 농도가 0.1 내지 10%, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 4%인 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상(1), 상(2)의 용적비가 0.1 내지 1, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 0.6인 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물전체를 단계(4)의 동결건조법으로 제거하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 나노입자의 크기가 약 150 내지 300㎚이 방법.
