Claims (8)
- (a)비탈수된 실리카겔을 3: 1 내지 1 :2의 트리알킬알루미늄 대 몰의 몰비를 제공하는데 충분한 양으로 트리알킬 알루미늄의 교반된 용액에 가한 다음, 혼합물을 반응시키고; (b)반응혼합물에 바나듐 화합물을 가하며: (c)용매를 제거한 다음: (d)고체를 건조시켜 자유유동성 분말을 형성시키므로써 제조한, 지지된 바나듐 알룸옥산 촉매 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비탈수된 실리카겔의 함수율이 6 내지 2O중량%인 촉매.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 바나듐 화합물중의 알루미늄 대 바나듐의 몰비가 1000: 1 내지 1: 1인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 트리알킬알루미늄이 트리메틸알루미늄 또는 트리에틸 알루미늄인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 4항증 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비탈수된 실리카겔이 200 내지 400㎡/g의 표면적, 1 내지 2 cc/g의 공극부피 및 0.1 내지 200μ의 입경을 갖는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바나듐 화합물이 하기 일반식(i)내지 (v)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 촉매.상기식에서, m은 0 내지 3이고, n은 0 또는 3 내지 4이며, p는 2 내지 3이고, q는 0 또는 2 내지 3이며, x 및 y는 서로 다르며 1 내지 2이고, R은 C1내지 C8탄화수소 라디칼이고, R'은 아세틸아세토네이트이며, X는 -Cl 또는 -Br이고, B는 VX3와 탄화수소-가용성 착화합물을 형성할 수 있는 투이스 염기이다.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바나듐 화합물이 바나딜 트리클로라이드, 바나딜 드리브로마이드, 바나듐 테트라클로라이드,바나듐 테트라브로마이드, 바나듐 테트라부톡시, 바나듐 트리클로라이드, 바나듐 트리브로마이드, 바나딜 아세틸 아세토네이트, 바나듐 아세틸아세토네이드, 바나딜 디클로로아세틸아세토네이트, 바나딜 클로로디아세틸 아세토네이드 및 테트라하이드로푸란과 착화된 바나듐 트리클로라이드 또는 바나듐 트리브로마이드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 촉매.
- 적어도 하나의 알파 올레핀을 촉진제(promotor)의 부재하에 20℃내지 350℃의 온도, 1 내지 3,000기압의 압력에서 및 0.1 내지 200p의 평균 입경을 갖는 실리카입자의 표면상에 흡착된 지지된 바나듐-알룸옥산촉매 복합체의 존재하에 중합시킴으로써, 적어도 하나의 알파 올레핀으로 부터 유도된 중합체를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
