Claims (15)
- 박판의 합성중합체를 기본 받침재로 사용하는 단계 : 상기의 기본받침재를 정화, 건조 및 상기의 기본받침재의 정전하들의 안정화 또는 중성화 하여 준비하는 단계, 폴리에스터 또는 아크릴잉크, 폴리우레탄등의 물질로 부터 선별된 색상 물질의 기본받침재의 뒷면 상에 침전시킴으써 색상 코팅재를 부착하거나, 또는 자연목의 베니어를 아크릴 접착수단으로 기본받침재의 뒷면에 접착시키는 단계, 적외선 및/또는 적외선 및/또는 알파방사선에 노출시켜 중합반응을 일으키는 단계, 및 고온공기로 건조시켜, 잉여솔벤트를 증발시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 요소와 갈은 어느 물체의 표면에 부착되기에 적합한 보호 및/또는 장식용표면재 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기본받침재가, 샌드블라스팅, 금속구슬 분사. 고압증기 젯트분사, 디글라이징, 솔벤트 세척중 하나에 의해 정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 색상코팅이, 색상스크린, 로울러 부착기, 솔질, 페인트 젯트분사, 등외 공정중 하나에 의한 색상 물질의 침전에 의하여 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 색상문질이 폴리에스터원료, 아크릴 합성잉크, 색상 염료가 점착된 수지, 률리우레탄잉크, 중 적어도 하나의 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가 내마모층이 합성의 액체에서 실리카의 침전 콜로이드 용액 및 침전 물질을 열가공함에 의해 표면재 앞표면 상에 부착되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 보호층이 재료의 뒷 표면 상에 전체적으로 색상코팅이 부착되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 건조 및 가공단계가 보호층의 부착후에 발생되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 얼가공이 12에서 18시간 동안에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자외선 여과제를 가지는 고농도 및 열성형 합성재가 기본받침재로서 사용되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본받침재의 적당한 형상이 열성형에 의하여 구체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 보호 및/또는 장식용 표면재가 박판(10)의 합성중합재로 된 기본받침대, 폴리에스터잉크 또는 아크릴잉크 또는 폴리우레탄 페인트로 부터 선별된 색상층(11) 또는 아크릴 접착제에 의해 결합된 자연목의 베니어로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 보호 및/또는 장식용 표면제.
- 제11항에 있어서, 합성솔벤트 액체에서 실리카의 콜로이드 용액으로 부터 얻어진 경화, 내마모층을 가진 앞 표면을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제11항에 있어서, 재료의 뒷표면 상으로 상기 색상층(11)상에 전체적으로 부착된 보호층(12)을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 기본 받침재가 자외선 여과재를 포함한 고농도, 열성형 합성재의 박판으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
