Claims (8)
- 병진 또는 회전가능하게 변환하는 미끄럼형 구조의 폐쇄부재와, 밸브케이싱 부분의 상응한 시트영역과, 폐쇄부재의 운동의 자유도의 방향에서 변환가능한 체결요소와, 체결요소와 상호 작동하거나 폐쇄부재 및 시트영역 사이에서 서로 작용한 밀봉 또는 밀봉 위치를 포함한 밸브의 밀봉을 보호하고 지지하기 위한 공정에 있어서, 밸브의 폐쇄위치에서 밀봉 효과를 나타내는 밀봉위치 또는 밀봉상의 변형은 폐쇄위치보다 다른 위치에서 체결 요소에 의해 생겨나는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브의밀봉을 보호하고 지지하기 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 체결요소의 작용원리는 최소 한 개의 밸브케이싱부분과 밸브부분과 밸브케이싱 부분사이의 유체 연결을 개방 및 폐쇄하기 위한 시트를 포함한 현재의 통상 밸브를 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 폐쇄부재는 최소한의 밀봉이나 밀봉위치를 제공하며, 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 공정을 수행하기 위한 밸브에 있어서, 폐쇄위치에서 밀봉(7)으로 상호 작용한 시트 영역(3)은 폐쇄 위치(제1도) 보다 다른 위치에서 체결요소(5)에 의해 대치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 폐쇄부재에서 2개의 밀봉 또는 2개의 밀봉위치는 정화제 이송을 갖는 제2도관에 의해 임의로 그리고 폐쇄부재내에 배열된 최소한개의 도관에 의해 밸브의 주위와 연결된 그들 사이에 누설공동을 형성하여 제공되며, 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 공정을 수행하기 위한 밸브에 있어서, 폐쇄위치에서 밀봉(71,72)으로 상호 작용한 시트 영역(3)은 폐쇄위치(제2도)보다 다른 위치에서 체결 요소(5)에 의해 대치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 케이싱의 측면에 배치된 밀봉을 구비하며, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 공정을 수행하기 위한 밸브에 있어서, 폐쇄부재에서 밀봉(7)으로 상호 작용한 폐쇄부재(4)는 폐쇄위치(제12도)보다 다른 위치에서 체결요소(5)에 의해 대치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밀봉(7;70,71)은 밸브(제3도, 제4도, 제7도, 제12도)의 스위칭 움직임의 방향에서 제한된 변동성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제3항 또는 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 밀봉으로 오버랩된 영역에서 체결요소(5)는 밸브케이싱의 내부공동으로부터 밀봉으로 침투가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제3항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스위칭 변동성의 방향에서 체결요소(5)는 치수를 가지므로 그들은 밸브케이싱의 내부공동과 밀봉(7;71,72)을 둘러싼 벽 사이에 공간 연결이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
