Claims (4)
- 밸브디스크(12)의 회전축인 밸브대(13)를 기밀부인 시트(14)가 기재되는 밸브몸통(11)의 중심선인 B-B'라인으로부터 "a"만큼 일차 편심시킨 상태에서 밸브의 유로중심선인 A-A'라인으로부터 "b"만큼 이차 편심시킨 편심구조를 갖고, 상기 밸브디스크(12)와 밸브몸통(11) 사이에는 이들을 긴밀하게 밀폐하는 밸브시트(14)를 포함하는 버터플라이밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브대(13)가 이차 편심구조를 갖는 상태에서 밸브의 유로중심선(A-A'라인)과 몸통중심선(B-B'라인)의 교점인 "O"점을 기준점으로 하여 원추형 밸브디스크(12)의 기준축선인 C-C'라인을 임의의 각도(α)만큼 회전시킨 다음 상기 기준축선인 C-C'라인을 "c"만큼 축이동시켜 삼차 편심구조를 이루도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차 편심구조를 갖는 메탈시트형 버터플라이밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브시트(14)는 밸브디스크(12)가 상기 밸브몸통(11)과 접촉되는 부위에 고정되되 금속재박판(19)을 연질의 기밀재(20)와 적층시켜 형성한 금속적층형 시트링 혹은 금속재박판(19)과 연질의 기밀재(20)의 적층형 대신 하나의 금속으로 형성한 일체형 금속시트링인 디스크시트링(16)으로 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차 편심구조를 갖는 메탈시트형 버터플라이밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브시트(14)는 금속재로 형성되되 상기밸브디스크(12), 디스크시트링(16), 리테이너(15), 리테이닝볼트(17) 및 가스켓(18)으로 구성되는 금속재 디스크를 일체로 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차 편심구조를 갖는 메탈시트형 버터플라이밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브디스크(12)는 일체형으로 하고, 상기 밸브시트(14)를 금속재박판(19)과 기밀재(20)로 적층하여 조합 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차 편심구조를 갖는 메탈시트형 버터플라이밸브.
