Claims (1)
- 삼차 편심구조를 갖는 메탈시트형 버터플라이밸브에 있어서,밸브디스크(12)의 회전축인 밸브대(13)를 기밀부인 시트(14)가 개재되는 밸브몸통 시트부의 중심선인 E-E′라인으로부터 “a ”만큼 일차 편심시킨 상태에서 밸브의 회전축인 밸브대의 중심선 D-D′라인으로부터 밸브몸통의 시트부 직경의 중심선을 “f ”만큼 이차 편심시킨 편심구조를 갖고, 이 상태에서 밸브의 시트 유로중심선인 A-A′과 밸브몸통 시트부 중심선인 E-E′라인의 교점인 “0 ” 점을 기준점으로 하여 원추형 밸브디스크(12)의 기준축선인 C-C′라인을 소정 각도(α)만큼 회전시킨 다음 상기 기준축선인 C-C′라인을 “c”만큼 축이동(C1-C1′)시켜 삼차 편심구조를 이루도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차 편심구조를 갖는 메탈시트형 버터플라이밸브.
