技术领域
本申请属于密封结构,具体涉及一种三偏心硬密封蝶阀用全金属V形弹性密封结构。
背景技术
三偏心蝶阀在双偏心(见图1中的A和B)的基础上将阀座中心线与阀体中心线斜置,形成一个偏心角(见图1中的C),并在阀瓣密封面上配合一个相应的几何形状设计,使阀瓣在90°开关转动行程中,密封圈与阀座之间完全无任何磨擦,阀门关闭后,由阀杆扭矩在密封圈与阀座之间形成密封比压,从而保证阀门严密关闭。三偏心蝶阀在0°-90°开启过程中,密封圈会在开启的瞬间脱离阀座密封面,而其在90°-0°关闭过程中,只有在关闭的瞬间,密封圈才会接触并压紧阀座密封面。三偏心蝶阀启闭时蝶板密封面相对于阀座密封面是渐出脱离和渐入压紧,消除了两密封面之间的机械磨损和擦伤。
阀瓣密封圈一般采用多层金属夹柔性石墨的结构方案,从而综合了硬密封(金属)和软密封(柔性石墨)的优点,既使三偏心硬密封蝶阀具备高温应用条件,又具备良好的密封性能。但其缺点也比较明显,其中的柔性石墨在运行过程中容易受介质冲刷流失,使得密封性能难以保证。
发明内容
本申请的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种三偏心硬密封蝶阀用全金属V形弹性密封结构。
本申请的技术方案是:一种三偏心硬密封蝶阀用全金属V形弹性密封结构,包括阀体,阀体上设置阀座,阀座上设置阀瓣,阀瓣上设置阀杆,阀瓣和阀座之间设置阀瓣密封圈。
如上所述的一种三偏心硬密封蝶阀用全金属V形弹性密封结构,其中,阀瓣密封圈上设置全金属V形密封圈。

本申请的显著效果是:采用整体全金属结构,取消柔性石墨夹层,从而避免了管道介质对柔性石墨的冲刷流失;在密封圈中间部位设计了V形槽结构,将整体密封圈分隔为两个具有一定弹性的密封圈,一是通过减少密封带面积使得在相同的阀杆扭矩作用下提高了密封比压、从而提升了密封效果,二是分隔开的两个金属密封圈具有一定的弹性,可以补偿密封面的加工误差,提高密封性能;三是全金属的密封结构提高了阀门的使用寿命;四是分隔开的两个金属密封圈形成类似于悬壁梁的结构,悬壁梁上承受的载荷是不均匀的,悬壁梁远端受到的载荷小、近端受到的载荷大,通过采用V形密封圈这种带一定角度的设计使得悬壁梁远端承受较小载荷的地方其受力截面积小,而悬壁梁近端承受较大载荷的地方其受力截面积大,从而使得整个悬壁梁接近于等强度设计,更加有利于密封效果和使用寿命。

如附图1、2所示,一种三偏心硬密封蝶阀用全金属V形弹性密封结构,采用整体全金属结构,在密封圈中间部位设计了V形槽结构,将整体密封圈分隔为两个具有一定弹性的密封圈。
实现本发明的技术特点有:
1.整体全金属结构
采用了整体全金属材料,取消柔性石墨夹层,避免了管道介质对柔性石墨的冲刷流失。
2.V形弹性密封结构
在密封圈中间部位设计了V形槽结构,将整体密封圈分隔为两个具有一定弹性的密封圈。V形密封圈的角度A设计在20°至40°之间。

1.一种三偏心硬密封蝶阀用全金属V形弹性密封结构,包括阀体,其特征在于:阀体上设置阀座,阀座上设置阀瓣,阀瓣上设置阀杆(3),阀瓣和阀座之间设置阀瓣密封圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种三偏心硬密封蝶阀用全金属V形弹性密封结构,其特征在于:阀瓣密封圈上设置全金属V形密封圈。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种三偏心硬密封蝶阀用全金属V形弹性密封结构,其特征在于:所述的全金属V形槽设置的位置在阀瓣密封圈的中间,将宽密封圈分隔成两个较窄密封圈。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种三偏心硬密封蝶阀用全金属V形弹性密封结构,其特征在于:V形密封圈的V型槽两条边之间的角度A设计在20°至40°之间。
