Abstract
本发明一种三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,属于蝶阀技术领域;所要解决的技术问题为提供一种耐高温、密封性能好的三偏心蝶阀;解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,包括动力组件、阀杆、阀体和阀座,所述阀体为一腔体结构,阀体的上部安装有阀杆,阀杆由内置部和外置部组成,所述内置部伸入阀体的腔体内部,并通过键与蝶板活动连接,蝶板在阀杆的带动下完成与阀座的开启和闭合,阀体的腔体内部设置有环形的阀座,所述阀体和阀座之间形成一个卡槽,所述卡槽内卡装有金属的密封圈,所述密封圈的截面形状为“U”型,密封圈的开口端压装在卡槽内,密封圈的圆弧端抵接在蝶板上;本发明可用在高温高压的环境中。

技术领域
本发明三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,属于蝶阀技术领域。
背景技术
三偏心蝶阀是在双偏心蝶阀的基础上新开发的一种蝶阀,在蝶阀的内部有三种偏心结构,即蝶板转动轴与阀体中心线相对偏心,蝶板转动轴与蝶板平面相对偏心,圆锥形密封面中心线与阀门中心线相对偏心,三偏心蝶阀的这种结构,使得其调节性能和密封性能都很好,但是,目前的三偏心蝶阀主要有两种密封结构,一种是软密封,采用橡胶密封圈进行密封,这种结构的密封性能好,但是不耐高温,容易破损和老化,耐用性能差,另一种是硬密封,采用金属密封,目前的密封结构由多层软硬叠式密封圈固定在蝶板上,当蝶板处于常开状态时,介质对其密封面形成正面冲刷,蝶板受冲刷后会发生变形,直接影响密封性能,因此,现有的三偏心蝶阀的密封结构在耐高温和密封性能方面还是存在很多的不足。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术存在的不足,所要解决的技术问题为提供一种耐高温、密封性能好的三偏心蝶阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,包括动力组件、阀杆、阀体和阀座,所述阀体为一腔体结构,阀体的上部安装有阀杆,阀杆由内置部和外置部组成,所述内置部伸入阀体的腔体内部,并通过键与蝶板活动连接,蝶板在阀杆的带动下完成与阀座的开启和闭合,阀杆的外置部延伸到阀体的外部,并与动力组件相连,阀体的腔体内部设置有环形的阀座,所述阀体和阀座之间形成一个卡槽,所述卡槽内卡装有金属的密封圈,所述密封圈的截面形状为“U”型,密封圈的开口端压装在卡槽内,密封圈的圆弧端抵接在蝶板上。
所述密封圈的材料为镍基合金材料。
所述阀体为铸钢的铸造结构,或为不锈钢的铸造结构。
所述阀杆与阀体之间设置有石墨密封环。
所述石墨密封环的上部和下部均填充有石墨编织填料。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
一、本发明采用“U”型的金属密封圈,当蝶板处于关闭状态后,蝶板挤压“U”型结构的圆弧端,利用“U”型结构的良好弹性和金属密封的高密封性能,使得在关闭蝶板时,产生零泄漏,而且,“U”型结构的抗变形能力好,变形残留小,可以长期使用,另外,密封圈为镍基合金,镍基合金的耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性都很好,可以允许带有腐蚀性的介质流过,镍基合金的耐热性能也很好,可将本发明应用在高温环境下。
二、本发明的阀体为铸造结构,这种结构的密封性能和稳定性能都很好,能够在中高压的燃气管道中长期使用。
三、本发明的阀杆与阀体之间设置有石墨密封环,利用石墨密封环的耐高温、耐腐蚀和耐磨损的性能,可以将本发明的耐用性大大增加。
四、本发明的石墨密封环的上部和下部均填充有石墨编织填料,可以将本发明使用在高温、高压、腐蚀性介质的管道。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明,附图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,包括动力组件1、阀杆2、阀体5和阀座6,所述阀体5为一腔体结构,阀体5的上部安装有阀杆2,阀杆2由内置部和外置部组成,所述内置部伸入阀体5的腔体内部,并通过键3与蝶板4活动连接,蝶板4在阀杆2的带动下完成与阀座6的开启和闭合,阀杆2的外置部延伸到阀体5的外部,并与动力组件1相连,阀体5的腔体内部设置有环形的阀座6,所述阀体5和阀座6之间形成一个卡槽,所述卡槽内卡装有金属的密封圈7,所述密封圈7的截面形状为“U”型,密封圈7的开口端压装在卡槽内,密封圈7的圆弧端抵接在蝶板4上。
所述密封圈7的材料为镍基合金材料。
所述阀体5为铸钢的铸造结构,或为不锈钢的铸造结构。
所述阀杆2与阀体5之间设置有石墨密封环8。
所述石墨密封环8的上部和下部均填充有石墨编织填料。
本发明采用“U”型的金属密封圈7,当蝶板4处于关闭状态后,蝶板4挤压“U”型结构的圆弧端,利用“U”型结构的良好弹性和金属密封的高密封性能,使得在关闭蝶板4时,产生零泄漏,而且,“U”型结构的抗变形能力好,变形残留小,可以长期使用,另外,密封圈7为镍基合金,镍基合金的耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性都很好,可以允许带有腐蚀性的介质流过,镍基合金的耐热性能也很好,可将本发明应用在高温管道上。
Claims (5)
1.三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,包括动力组件(1)、阀杆(2)、阀体(5)和阀座(6),其特征在于,所述阀体(5)为一腔体结构,阀体(5)的上部安装有阀杆(2),阀杆(2)由内置部和外置部组成,所述内置部伸入阀体(5)的腔体内部,并通过键(3)与蝶板(4)活动连接,蝶板(4)在阀杆(2)的带动下完成与阀座(6)的开启和闭合,阀杆(2)的外置部延伸到阀体(5)的外部,并与动力组件(1)相连,阀体(5)的腔体内部设置有环形的阀座(6),所述阀体(5)和阀座(6)之间形成一个卡槽,所述卡槽内卡装有金属的密封圈(7),所述密封圈(7)的截面形状为“U”型,密封圈(7)的开口端压装在卡槽内,密封圈(7)的圆弧端抵接在蝶板(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述密封圈(7)的材料为镍基合金材料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀体(5)为铸钢的铸造结构,或为不锈钢的铸造结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆(2)与阀体(5)之间设置有石墨密封环(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述石墨密封环(8)的上部和下部均填充有石墨编织填料。
