Claims (10)

  1. 다음과 같은 X-선 회절라인을 지닌 합성 결정성 분자체;
  2. 제1항에서, MO2(M은 알루미늄 또는 인을 제외한 최소한 한 요소), AIO2 및 PO2의 테트라헤드랄 유니트로 구성된 3차원 골격구조로 이루어져 있으며 또한 다음의 조성을 지닌 분자체:
    위에서 Q 는 원자가 q의 양이온, T는 원자가 t의 음이온, m은 원소 M의 원자가 또는 무게 평균 원자가, 그리고 x, y, I 및 j는 다음의 관계식을 만족하는 수임:
  3. 제2항에서, M이 실리콘 홀로이며 분자체의 조성이 다음과 같이 표현되는 분자체:여기서, 0.01<X<1, 0.01 y<1 및 x+y<1임
  4. 제2항에서, M이 실리콘을 제외한 원소로서 산화수+2 및 이온 반경비 0.52-0.62 이거나 산화수 +3.-+6 및 이온반경 0.15-0.73 인 원소인 분자체.
  5. 제4항에서, M이 In+3, Sb+3, Sn+4Ti+3또는 Ti+4인 분자체.
  6. 제4항에서, M 이 MO2성분중 실리콘: 비실리콘 원자비가 1미만이 되도록 하는 실리콘인 분자체.
  7. AI2O3원, P2O5원, M산화물, 물 및 유기 지향제 R로 이루어져 있으며 다음과 같은 범위의 조성을 지닌 반응 혼합물을 제조하고; 분자체 결정이 형성될 때까지 상기 혼합물을 충분한 조건하에 유지시키고; 이어서 결정성 분자체를 회수하는 단계로 이루어진 제2항에 따른 분자체의 합성방법.
    위에서, R은 C5-C7알킬디아민임.
  8. 제7항에서, 혼합물의 조성이 다음과 같은 범위인 방법;
  9. 제7항에서, 유기 지향제 R이 1, 7-헵탄디아민 또는 1, 5-펜탄디아민인 방법.
  10. 제7항에서, 반응조건이 80-300℃에서 5시간-20일인 방법.
