제1도는 본 발명의 압전변환장치의 일실시예를 도시하는 개략구성도, 제2도(a), (b)는 본 발명(실시예)와 종래예(비교예)의 압전변환장치를 진동시킬때에 생기는 표면변위특성을 도시하는 도면, 제3도는 본 발명의 발음장치의 일실시예를 도시하는 사시도.
Claims (6)
- 서로 대항하는 내면에 전극과 배향층이 설치되어 있는 2매의 기판과 상기 양기판사이에 봉지하여 있는 강유전성액정으로 이루어지는 강유전성액정패널을 포함하고 상기 양기판의 한쪽의 휘임강성을 다른쪽의 그것보다도 작게한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 두께를 변경함으로써 상기기판의 한쪽의 휘임강성을 다른쪽의 그것보다도 작게한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 재질을 변경함으로써 상기 양기판의 한쪽의 휘임강성을 다른쪽의 그것보다도 적게한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 변환장치.
- 상기 액정패널의 진동에 대하여 공명계를 구성하는 공간을 생기게하는 음향반사판이 상기액정패널에 대하여 실질적으로 평행하게 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 3항중 한항에 따른 압전변환장치를 이용한 발음장치.
- 제4항에 있어서 상기 음향반사판의 거의 전둘레부로부터 음향이 방사되도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 발음장치.
- 상기기판에 부여된 왜곡에 대응하여 상기 전극간에 생기는 전내를 검출하는 전압검출 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 제1항 내지 3항중 한항에 따른 압전변환장치를 이용한 기계전기 변환장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
