압전변환장치 및 발음장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 압전변환장치의 일실시예를 도시하는 개략구성도, 제2도(a), (b)는 본 발명(실시예)와 종래예(비교예)의 압전변환장치를 진동시킬때에 생기는 표면변위특성을 도시하는 도면, 제3도는 본 발명의 발음장치의 일실시예를 도시하는 사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 서로 대항하는 내면에 전극과 배향층이 설치되어 있는 2매의 기판과 상기 양기판사이에 봉지하여 있는 강유전성액정으로 이루어지는 강유전성액정패널을 포함하고 상기 양기판의 한쪽의 휘임강성을 다른쪽의 그것보다도 작게한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전변환장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 두께를 변경함으로써 상기기판의 한쪽의 휘임강성을 다른쪽의 그것보다도 작게한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전변환장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 재질을 변경함으로써 상기 양기판의 한쪽의 휘임강성을 다른쪽의 그것보다도 적게한 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 변환장치.
  4. 상기 액정패널의 진동에 대하여 공명계를 구성하는 공간을 생기게하는 음향반사판이 상기액정패널에 대하여 실질적으로 평행하게 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 3항중 한항에 따른 압전변환장치를 이용한 발음장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 상기 음향반사판의 거의 전둘레부로부터 음향이 방사되도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 발음장치.
  6. 상기기판에 부여된 왜곡에 대응하여 상기 전극간에 생기는 전내를 검출하는 전압검출 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 제1항 내지 3항중 한항에 따른 압전변환장치를 이용한 기계전기 변환장치.
