제1도는 본 발명에 따른 판독 전용(read-only)광학 디스크의 횡단면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 광학적으로 판독될 수 있는 정보 피트를 한쪽면에 갖고있는 고리형의 투명한 합성수지 기판, Ta를 함유한 Al합금을 포함하며 상기 기판위에 놓여지는 반사층, 그리고 상기 반사층위의 보호층을 포함하는 판독 전용 광학 디스크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고리형 기판의 바깥쪽 가장자리와 안쪽 가장자리사이에서 정보 피트가 형성되어 있는 중간 지대위에 반사층이 구비되어 있고, 반사층의 표면과, 기판의 바깥쪽 가장자리 및 안쪽 가장자리를 보호하기 위하여 보호층이 구비되어 있는 판독 전용 광학 디스크.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반사층이 0.1 내지 15at%의 Ta가 함유된 Al합금을 포함하는 판독 전용 광학 디스크.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 보호층이 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속으로 환산했을 때 10ppm이하의 잔류 알칼리 금속 화합물 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물 함량 및 할로겐으로 환산했을 때 20ppm 이하의 잔류 할로겐 화합물 함량을 갖는 경화성 수지를 포함하는 판독 전용 광학 디스크.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 투명 기판이 13,000 내지 16,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리카르보네이트를 포함하는 판독 전용 광학 디스크.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리카르보네이트내에 불순물로서 잔존하는 염소의 양이 20ppm이하인 판독 전용 광학 디스크.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 투명 기판의 표면이 접촉각 60°이하의 물습윤성을 갖는 판독 전용 광학 디스크.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 보호층의 경화후 펜슬 경도가 HB이상인 판독 전용 광학 디스크.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 보호층의 경화처리시 수축률이 0 내지 15%인 판독 전용 광학 디스크.
