Claims (7)

  1. n형 반도체를 감응부로 하는 센서(30)를 사용하여 향기농도를 측정하는데 있어서, 어떤 측정과 다음측정과의 사이에서 센서에 오존을 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 향기농도측정방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서. 측정실내에 오존을 발생시켜, 측정실내의 오존과 센서(30)를 접촉시키는 향기농도측정방법.
  3. 측정실내에 오존을 발생시켜서 센서와 접촉시킨후, 소정기간 경과후에 있어서 센서의 저항치를 검출하여 기억장치에 미리기억시킨 초기설정치에의 복귀테이블과 비교하고, 그 편차에 따라서 오존발생장치(40)또는 환기팬(18)을 작동하여 측정실내의 분위기를 제어하면서 초기설정치로 복귀시키도록 한 향기농도측정방법.
  4. 측정대상물을 수용하는 측정실(10)과: 그 측정실(10)내의 측정 대상물의 향기농도를 감지하는 n형 반도체를 감응부로하는 센서(30)와: 전기한 측정실내에 오존을 발생시키는 오존발생장치(40)와: 측정실내의 환기를 실시하는 환기팬(18)을: 구비한 향기농도측정장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 향시농도측정장치에, 다시 센서(30)의 출력과 설정치를 비교하여 센서의 출력에 대응한, 오존발생량을 출력하는 장치와: 센서의 출력과 설정치와를 비교하여 센서의 출력에 대응한 환기팬을 조작하는 신호를 출력하는 장치 :를 구비한 향기농도측정장치.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 오존발생장치가 자외선(照 )램프인 향기농도측정장치.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 센서는 감응부가 산화주석(SnO2), 산화아연(ZnO)등의 n형 반도체의 단체(單體)로 된 향기농도측정장치.
