Claims (6)

  1. 하기 일반식(1)의 중화된 인산 에스테르 약 70중량%내지 100중량%및 하기 일반식(2)의 폴리실록산 0내지 약30중량%를 포함하는 제1개질제 조성물 약 0.09%내지 0.5%(섬유의 중량을 기준으로 함)로 폴리올레핀 함유 스펀 섬유 또는 필라멘트를 우선 처리한후 연이어 하기 일반식(2)의 폴리실록산 약70내지 100중량% 및 하기 일반식(1)이 중화된 인산 에스테르 0내지 약30중량%를 포함하는 제2개질제 조성물 약0.05%내지 0.20%(섬유의 중량을 기준으로 함)로 처리하고, 건조시킨 후 상기 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 가공을 완결시킴을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 또는 필라멘트를 가공하는 도중에 중화된 인산 에스테르를 포함하는 정전방지제로 섬유 또는 필라멘트를 처리하여 폴리올레핀 함유 스펀 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 정전방지성 및 윤활성을 증가시키기 위한 처리방법 :
    상기식에서, Alk는 탄소수 1내지 8의 저급알킬그룹이고, R은 아미노그룹 또는 알칼리금속이며, n 및 m은 각각 약1이상의 양수이고, n 과 m의 합은 약3이고, X및Y는 각각 소수성의 화학 말단 그룹, 예를들면 저급 알킬그룹이며, R'은 각각 저급 알킬그룹이고, o는 약 10내지 50또는 그 이상의 양수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1개질제 조성물이 상기 일반식(1)의 중화된 인산 에스테르를 약 100%포함함을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(1)에서 저급 알킬그룹이 탄소원자 1내지 4개를 가짐을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(1)에서 저급 알킬그룹이 메틸그룹이고, n이 2이며, m이 1임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 가공이 크림핑(crimping)단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1개질제 조성물을 먼저 처리하고, 크림핑 단계후에 상기 제2개질제 조성물을 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
