Claims (8)
- 밸브 니이들 제조 방법에 있어서, 종방향으로 연장되는 흠을 갖는 로드를 제공하는 단계와, 니이들 블랭크를 제공하도록 로드의 길이부를 절단하는 단계와, 블랭크를 종방향으로 비트는 단계와, 로드의 비틀린 흠으로 형성된 나선형 흠을 갖는 밸브 니이들의 최종 형태를 형성하도록 비틀린 블랭크를 기계 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 니이들 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 니이들의 최종형태는 시트 표면을 포함하며, 로드의 흠은 니이들의 코어 직경이 적어도 시트 표면의 최대직경과 같게 되는 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 니이들 제조방법.
- 제1항 및 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명된 밸브 니이들 제조방법.
- 적어도 하나의 안내부, 접촉부재 및 전기자헤드를 포함하며, 상기 안내부, 접촉부재 및 전기자헤드의 각 외주연에 서로 나란하게 배열된 나선형 연장흠을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 니이들 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 니이들은 시트 표면을 구비하며, 흠의 깊이는 최대로 시트 표면의 최대 직경과 같은 직경을 갖는 니이들의 코어로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 니이들 제조방법.
- 첨부도면을 참조한 상기의 설명에 따른 밸브 니이들.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 밸브 니이들.
- 제4항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 밸브 니이들을 포함하는 전자기식 작동밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
