Claims (15)

  1. 세라믹과 금속탄화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 재료로 피복된 액체전달물품으로서, 상기의 피복표면은 액체를 수용하도록 만들어진 다수의 레이저 조각흠을 함유하는 제1부분 및 95% 이상의 이론밀도를 가진 랜드영역으로 이루어진 제2부분으로 이루어지며, 약 6마이크로 인치 Ra이하의 표명거칠기를 가지는, 액체전달물품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 표면거칠기가 약 4이하인 액체전달물품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 피복된 재료가 산화크롬, 산화알루미늄, 산화규소 및 그들의 혼합물로 이루어지는, 액체전달물품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 물품이 산화크롬으로 피복된 강인, 액체전달물품.
  5. 제2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 랜드영역의 밀도가 97% 이상의 이론밀도인, 액체전달물품.
  6. 제2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 물품이 원통형틀인, 액체전달물품.
  7. 제2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 물품이 원통형 그라비야롤인 액체전달물품.
  8. (a) 물품을, 피복층의 표면이 적어도 95%의 이론밀도를 갖도록, 세라믹 및 금속탄화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 재료의 적어도 한층으로 피복하는 단계, (b) 피복된 표면을 에너지의 비임으로 조각하여, 액체를 수용하도록 되어있는 피복표면의 제1부분내에 다수의 흠을 만들고, 피복표면중에 에너지 비임에 의해 접촉되지 않았던 랜드영역으로 이루어진 제2부분을 만드는 단계, 및 (c) 레이저로 조각된 피복표면을 처리하여, 랜드영역의 표면에 6마이크로 인치이하의 Ra의 거칠기를 제공하도록 에너지 비임에 의해 각 흠둘레에 형성된 재주조부를 제거하는 단계로 이루어지는, 액체를 또다른 표면에 전달하는데 사용하기위한 액체 전달물품을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (a)후에, 피복된 표면을 처리하여 20마이크로 인치이하의 거칠기 Ra를 얻는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 액체 전달물품을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (a)후에, 피복된 표면을 처리하여 10마이크로 인치이하의 거칠기 Ra를 얻는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 액체 전달물품을 제조하는 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (a)후에, 피복된 표면에 밀봉제를 밀봉하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 액체 전달물품을 제조하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 밀봉하는 단계후에, 피복된 표면을 처리하여 20마이크로 인치이하의 거칠기 Ra를 얻는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 액체 전달물품을 제조하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서, 랜드영역의 거칠기가 약 4마이크로 인치 Ra이하인, 액체 전달물품을 제조하는 방법.
  14. 제8 또는 13항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서, 피복재가 산화크롬, 산화알루미늄, 산화실리콘 및 그들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 액체 전달물품을 제조는 방법.
  15. 제8 또는 13항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서, 물품이 강이고 피복재가 산화크롬인, 액체 전달물품을 제조하는 방법.
