Claims (9)

  1. 가소성 비닐 수지와 중합된 아민-포름알데히드 유도체로 구성된 인성 및 내파쇄성이 있는 경화된 균질한 일차 결합제 수지에 의해 서로 접촉된 지점에서 함께 결합된 상태로 얽혀 있는 합성 유기 섬유로 이루어진 개방탄성형의 부직섬유상 웹으로 구성된 유연성 있고 탄력성이 있는 섬유상의표면 처리용 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아민-포름알데히드 유도체는 포름 알데히드를 멜라민, 우레아와 벤조구아나민으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 폴리아민 기능성 물질과 반응시켜 얻어진 생성물인 유연하고 탄성이 있는 섬유상 표면 처리용 제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합된 아민-포름알데히드 유도체와 상기 가소성 비닐수지는 약30:70 내지 65:35의 중량비를 제공하는 양으로 상기 일차 결합제 수지내에 존재하는 유연하고 탄성이 있는 섬유상 표면 처리용 제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가소성 비닐수지는 비닐수지에 대한 가소제의 중량비가 약30:70 내지 60:40의 범위내에 있는 유연하고 탄성이 있는 섬유상 표면 처리용 제품.
  5. 경화되고 인성이 있는 내파쇄성이 균질한 일차 결합제 수지에 의해 서로 접촉되는 지점에서 함께 결합된 상태로 얽힌 합성 유기 섬유로 이루어진 개방 탄성형의 부직 웹으로 구성된 유연하고 탄성이 있는 섬유상 표면 처리용 제품에 있어서, 상기 일차 결합제 수지는 (a)비닐수지, (b)승온시 상기 비닐 수지와 함께 용융되어 대체로 균질한 가소성 비닐 수지를 형성하는 상기 비닐수지용 가소제, (c)상기 비닐수지의 분해 온도 이하의 온도에서 산성 조건하에 축합 중합반응을 겪는 아민-포름알데히드 유도체 및 (d)상기 비닐 수지의 분해 온도 이하의 승온에 노출시 상기 축합중합 반응을 개시하는 산 촉매로 구성된 혼합물을 열 경화시켜 얻어진 생성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연하고 탄성이 있는 섬유상 표면 처리용 제품.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 아민-포름 알데히드 유도체는 포름 알데히드를 멜라민, 우레아 그리고 벤조구아나민으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 폴리아민 작용성 물질과 반응시켜 얻어진 생성물이며, 상기 아민-포름알데히드 유도체는 매우 낮은 유리 메틸올 함량을 갖도록 저분자량의 알킬기로 알킬화된 완전히 메틸화된 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지인 유연하고 탄성이 있는 섬유상 표면 처리용 제품.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유기 섬유 전체에 분산되며, 경화된 이차 결합제 수지에 의해 상기 유기섬유에 접착되는 연마제 입자를 또한 포함하며, 상기 이차 결합제 수지는 페놀 포름 알데히드 수지인 유연하고 탄성이 있는 섬유상 표면처리용 제품.
  8. 경화되고, 인성이 있으며 내파쇄성이 있는 균질한 일차 결합제 수지에 의해 접촉되는 지점에서 서로 결합상태로 얽힌 주름잡힌 폴리에스테르 스테이플 섬유들로 이루어진 개방 탄성형의 부직 섬유상 웹으로 구성된 유연하고 탄성이 있는 섬유상 표면 처리용 제품에 있어서, 상기 일차 결합제 수지는 (a)비닐 클로라이드의 단일 중합체와 비닐클로라이드 및 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 비닐수지, (b)승온에 노출시 대체로 균질한 가소성 비닐 수지를 형성하도록 상기 비닐수지와 함께 용융되는 상기 비닐 수지용 가소제, (c)매우 낮은 유리 메틸옥 함량을 갖도록 저분자량 알킬기로 알킬화된 완전히 메틸화된 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지 및 (d)벤젠 설폰산,p-톨루엔설포산, 포름산, 트리플로우로 아세트산 및 트리브로모아세트산으로구성된 군에서 선택된 산으로 구성된 혼합물을 열 경화시켜 얻어진 생성물을 포함하는 유연하고 탄성이 있는 섬유상 표면 처리용 제품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,상기 웹의 섬유 전반에 분산되어 접착되어 있는 연마제 물질 입자를 또한 포함하는 유연하고 탄성이 섬유상 표면 처리용 제품.
