제2도 (A)는 본 발명이 적용된 습식조질 압연기의 일반예를 나타내는 시스템도.

Claims (5)

  1. 피압연재료의 경도를 압하율의 변경에 의해 조정하는 습식 조절압연방법에 있어서, 판의 두께제어를 하는 때에 요구되는 제품의 경도관리 범위로부터 압하율의 허용 상한 하한치를 결정하고 이 허용 상한 하한치의 범위내로 압하율이 들어가도록 압연기 입구측에서 측정된 판의 두께로부터 목표하는 출구측 판의 두께를 결정하고, 이 값을 목표로 판의 두께 제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로하는 습식 조질 압연방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 판의 두께 제어에 있어서, 압연기 압구측에서 판의 두께를 측정하고 목표하는 출구측 판의 두께가 되도록 수정해야할 입구측 판의 두께 편차를 계산하고, 이 값을 사용해서 전진먹임 방식으로 판의 두께 제어를 행하는 습식 조질압연방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 판의 두께 제어에 있어서, 압연기 출구측에서 판의 두께를 측정해서 이 값과 목표하는 출구측 판의 두께와의 편차를 사용해서 되먹임방식으로 판의 두께 제어를 행하는 습식 조질압연방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 판의 두께 제어에 있어서, 압연기 입구측에서 측정한 판의 두께와 판의 속도 및 압연기 출구측에서 측정한 판의 속도로부터 압연기 바로 아래의 판의 두께를 연산하고, 이 값과 목표 출구측판의 두께와의 편차를 사용해서 판의 두께제어를 행하는 습식 조질압연방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 판의 두께 제어에 있어서, 로울러 간격치와 압연하중치로부터 압연기 바로 아래의 판의 두께를 연산하고, 이 값과 목표출구측 판의 두께와의 편차를 사용해서 판의 두께 제어를 행하는 습식 조질압연방법.
